Lauren is a fully trained Dancer and has been teaching dance and cheerleading
for 12 years. She is also qualified with BCA (British Cheerleading Association),
UKCA (United Kingdom Cheerleading Association), Acrobatic Arts and has taken an
extended course to specialise in teaching Aerials and Backhand-springs as well
as Acro. She is first aid trained and holds an enhanced DBS. Lauren studied
Musical Theatre at The Official Stella Mann College of Performing Arts and
specialises in teaching Cheerleading, Acrobatics, Street, Jazz, Contemporary,
Musical Theatre and teaches Dance up-to BTEC Level 3 to students at a secondary
school. Lauren has danced and starred in various stage productions and has been
featured in and has choreographed for Music Videos, Film and TV.
