Frogston Primary School opened its doors to a single Primary 1 class in August
2020 as the first brand new primary school in Edinburgh since the 1980s. We were
initially known as Broomhills Primary School before renaming our school as
Frogston in October 2020. In June 2021, we moved into our new, purpose built
premises. The classrooms are outstanding agile spaces and we are enjoying seeing
our landscaped, outdoor spaces change and develop as the seasons progress. We
are growing into a large school and nursery with space for over 500 learners. As
of August 2022, our Early Learning and Childcare Centre has over 100 children
and we have over 300 pupils across 12 classes from P1 to P7, including an
Enhanced Support Base. We hope you will find all the information you need about
