I graduated from The University of the West of England in 1993 with a BA (hons) Ceramics. I then went on to qualify as a teacher lecturing in Ceramics and Art & Design for ten years. Fifteen years ago, I was asked to produce a mosaic for my daughters school. I absolutely loved the technique and materials and was instantly hooked. I now work full-time as a Mosaic Artist from my studio in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. Mosaic is a fantastic medium for students to work with; it's a really easy technique to learn, but one that can produce truly impressive results. Offering workshops at my studio in Worcestershire, in schools and within the community has allowed me to continue teaching. I enjoy helping students to learn new skills whilst developing their own creativity.

I’m Kim Heron and I’m an interior designer, wife and mum of 2 boys. Before I became a parent I worked in marketing in the home and lifestyle sector where I discovered my passion for interior design. I’ve been qualified for 3 years and have since worked on a variety of residential projects including single room redesign, floorplan consultations and colour consultancy. If you have recently moved and are wanting to put your own stamp on your new home, or you have been living in your home for while, but just don’t know what to do with it, I get it lots of my clients come to me with a similar dilemma. Hannah Jones established the swim school in 2011 after teaching at Esporta for several years and growing a loyal client base through achieving consistently fast improved swimming skills, after Esporta closed Hannah seized the opportunity to set up her own swimming business. We are based at Parkhall Business Village and operate from our own custom built swimming facility, we provide swimming lessons for both children and adults. We work with a variety of abilities varying from non-swimmers to competitive athletes, offering small group, private sessions and specific skill classes such as diving or life saving. We also offer in school holidays Mermaid sessions. Our goal at Hannah Jones Swim Academy is to provide effective teaching, designed to boost your child's water confidence, swimming knowledge, water safety and skills Our groups are arranged according to the swimmers' ability, the children are then assessed to achieve awards based around the Swim England framework. National Champion - Freestyle, Butterfly and Open water. Youth Olympic Champion - Freestyle and Butterfly. British Champion - 5000m Freestyle indoor and Open water events. Hannah was selected to represent Great Britain at a number of International events but due to unforseen circumstances Hannah was unable to continue. Hannah still wanted to pursue a career in swimming and felt that by teaching people to swim she was able to share her experience and knowledge with everyone from absolute beginners to aspiring athletes.

Baby Swimmers was founded in Yorkshire in 2004 by Tracy Margo after attending similar classes with her first baby. She found them so beneficial and enjoyable that she was inspired to set up her own classes to teach little ones water safety skills, and their parents the enjoyment of bonding with their baby in the water. From just one small class, today we teach over 500 children every week across North & West Yorkshire through our team of incredibly talented and passionate swim teachers. And in 2019, we were thrilled to be crowned winners of the What’s On 4 Kids ‘Most Loved Sport or Physical Activity award’. There are lots of reasons why baby swimming is good for your baby (and you, too!). Having 9 A* and 1 A GCSE Grades, plus 38 IB Points, Joshua applied to 4 UK Medical Schools. His academic profile was very strong, and not surprisingly, he was invited to interview at all 4 Medical Schools. However, he was rejected by the first 2 Medical Schools with whom he initially interviewed. Following this, his mum contacted us, and Joshua got enrolled on the Top Achievers’ Programme to improve his chances of succeeding at the remaining 2 interviews. Working with a dedicated TAP Consultant, a rigorous Interview Preparation package was drawn up for Joshua. This drastically improved his interview skills, improving his chances of gaining a place to study Medicine. His subsequent 2 interviews then took place, and he received offers from both Medical Schools. Joshua is now studying Medicine at a London Medical School.
