highly qualified and experienced Yoga, Pilates, and Meditation teacher. She
offers a range of services from fun-filled family yoga weekend workshops, to
group classes, to private sessions tailored to your individual needs.

been developed by a physiotherapist, giving you the highest quality of movement
and education for both your brain and your body. This is a smarter, safer, and
more effective approach to movement. Retrain your habits, and correct postural
