Aims To give a clear understanding of Regulations & Legislation that applies to construction work and is an ideal refresher for any operative that has previously completed training in Health & Safety. Developing creative writing skills with a focus on imaginative writing, structuring, spelling, grammar and punctuation. The aim of the workshops is to help students to have written, or have made good progress on writing, their own 500 Word Short Story. We will be focussing on increasing range of vocabulary and language technique choices, along with introducing more advanced ideas about structuring stories; developing skills specifically pertinent to the Creative Writing tasks given in the English Language GCSE.
