Born in the USA, I have lived in England for most of my adult life. How did I come to write these books? I am a teaching Reiki Master who studied for ten years with my Master before being initiated in the Usui Shiki Ryoho system of Reiki. During the course of the thirty years I’ve been practicing my own Reiki, my ability to channel became clearer and stronger until a few years ago I realised I was able to see the world around me in a way that others did not. My efforts as I worked with my own archangelic guides as a channel was always to unblock and be clear, with no preconceptions of what they may say next; to stand well back and just watch and listen. In 2009 the Archangels wanted to write a channelled book about the Earth to help us to see the reality of the world we live on. Planet Earth Today shows a sentient planet of incredible beauty, and a human soul of light. It is the first book of a set of seven books that the Archangelic Collective and I have written together. These seven books tell everything anyone needs to know about the planet, who we are and why we are here. They include the complete story of humanity from Atlantis to the events of today (2022), and all the books have been written to be relevant many years into the future. I am still being contacted by people who are rereading some of the early books to tell me how it has all been true for them over the past ten years. I have been practicing Reiki daily for thirty years, it is an integral part of my life. Reiki energy has led me to other experiences, and allowed me to find the best part of myself while the other parts have slipped away allowing healing to take place. What makes me a stand out Coach is my own lived experience with an anxious-avoidant attachment style. I have lived & breathed the attraction to unavailable partners, fantasy relationships, obsessing, and losing myself in love. Behind my agonising relationship struggles is a story of multiple childhood traumas and heartache. From my first memory I was surrounded by violence, substance abuse, chaos, and unpredictability. Up until the age of 30, I was in an unconscious mission to fulfil my longing for attention, love, and to be chosen. I chased, crushed, settled, lost myself, drank myself to oblivion, embarrassed myself, lacked boundaries, and abandoned myself time and time again. Immediate pain would show up in my anxious attachment when I experienced any kind of rejection. I would become convinced I needed that person to survive. Deep abandonment wounds would be wide open and as a result, I would be left with a version of me that I couldn’t recognise. My avoidant attachment could be seen in the way I went into myself, got stuck in moods, had an underlying feeling of numbness and sadness, and avoided the inner work for many years. WAKE UP CALL My wake up call came at 29. The end of a relationship (that I had outstayed due to a deep fear of being alone), followed by the agony of dating unavailable guy after unavailable guy. Relationships fuelled by jealousy and a fear of this person realising who I truly am and leaving me. My own recovery has been a bumpy road. Self-help, coaching, therapy, relapses, and then getting up and going again. Through sharing my own journey it’s my hope that your recovery can be a bit smoother. My healing has seen me meet and sustain a healthy relationship. I see myself in this relationship sometimes like it is not me… those moments I’m no longer triggered, my ability to respond over react, the way I consider my things logically, and how I see myself almost choose the old path from time to time. It is my life’s work to pass on, teach, & guide what I know to be true, the methods I use, and give my support to people who are where I was then. Chef Monisha Bharadwaj is an award winning author, food historian and a food writer based in London, UK. Monisha is a qualified chef from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Mumbai. She started Cooking With Monisha, situated in West London, in 2004. Today it is a successful school that attracts not only the home cook but also chefs who wish to learn Chef Monisha’s brand of simple authentic Indian cooking. Work and life took a very fast pace that increased as the years unrolled, especially since I have been working in London with a large professional services firm for over 12 years now. I was very lucky though to recognise my resilient and reflective nature from an early stage and rather than trying to blend in to be more like others around me, I took interest in exploring passions that were deeply rooted in me and came from beyond my background and education. Following an accidental encounter with yoga, I soon realised that I had been practicing meditation and visualisation techniques as a teenager without knowing what those were. I had also always been passionate about self healing and natural remedies and collected articles as a kid from the natural health section of local newspapers. I still keep the habit. Nowadays I research, apply and build on bits of wisdom from different sources as I continue my development journey which expanded to include plant-based cooking and essential oils. I learned how so many things interconnect and how we are all on the same kind of journey of discovery, but always our path is very unique to us. Building on my regular practice of yoga for over a decade, the teacher training course at Nada Yoga School Rishikesh in 2017 and other shorter trainings I completed since then, the classes that I teach focus always on breath and connecting the mind with the body through it. This is known as collective unconscious or memory in nature. Memory in nature organises itself in systems such as flock of birds, religions, countries, football teams, and so on but the most important system for human beings is the family. Family systems are responsible for how we live and how we thrive through natural laws called 'The Orders of Love". The orders of love rarely exist intact within the average family. They dictate who belongs and how so disruption happens when a family member has been excluded by their families. All exclusion creates disruption. They are known as entanglements.
