We at Lock Forward Training are very pleased to offer a bespoke accredited training programme for the fitting of vehicle security locks. Our training programme has been designed by lock fitters from Titan Vehicle Locks Ltd themselves to provide full training to encompass the whole process to successfully complete the fitting of security locks to vehicles using the knowledge built up from years of completing lock and accessory fittings. Check out Titan Vehicle Locks website for a gallery of some of the work completed. Comprehensive Training Unlike other training available we do not limit the products to one manufacturer but instead provide training on a large range of products from a number of different manufacturers. The training programme will cover all aspects from choosing the correct lock type for the vehicle/owner requirements all the way to the actual fitting of security locks both in theory and in practice without having to use your own vehicle as the test subject. By designing the programme from start to finish using our experiences we can ensure you leave not just knowing how to fit security locks and accessories but how to overcome difficulties, what equipment is needed, removal and repair of existing lock as well as maintaining locks for ongoing use. This training is intense and you will be learning, practicing, fitting locks right from the start and throughout the four days. Feedback from our past trainees is that a lot is learnt and the four days are fully utilised. Some of our feedback can be seen on our Google reviews but here’s a couple: “I looked at a few options for lock training and most were only offering a 1 day courses and I mean what can you learn in a day,? I wanted a course that covered every aspect of lock fitting including any pit falls and all lock types and this is exactly what Sean and mark provided, a weeks course with everything covered, explained clearly and throughly with practical and theory sessions in a relaxed atmosphere with ongoing support out in the field support, a masterclass in how training and support should be, so I’m confident now to go out and fit all types of locks and lock security.” “Training was excellent, Sean and Mark are great trainers and they really make sure that you leave there with confidence and prepared for any issues that you’ll come across. I’ve been able to contact them when I’m stuck and they’ve been very supportive. definitely recommend signing up if your interested in a career in lock fitting” Covid-Safe Workshop Training All our training is carried out by fitters in a purpose-built classroom within an actual workshop to fully immerse yourself in the working of a fully operational business.
