Youth Engagement Solutions Ltd (YES) is a charity based in North West London, formed in the summer of 2015, after previously existing as a project within a parent charity. We work from our office in Wembley, but deliver across NW London and beyond. Our Aims YES aims to improve the lives of young people aged 10-30 , from all backgrounds, across the capital. Reducing offending, re-offending and antisocial behaviour – Over 400 young people aged between 4-17 have been involved in our prevention youth projects. Who is n-ergy? n-ergy is an independent specialist training provider whose story began in 2007 when n-ergy was set up by award-winning entrepreneur, Donna Turner-Kot, to work with offenders and ex-offenders throughout the UK. n-ergy’s head office is based in Bridgend, South Wales and operates across England and Wales. What do we do? n-ergy is a passionate advocate of supporting hard-to-reach individuals develop new skills and gain nationally recognised qualifications prior to release. n-ergy provides a seamless service by delivering vocational training, short courses and employability programmes to those in custody; followed by employment support so they may secure sustainable work on release, successfully re-integrate into their local communities and make a fresh start! Who works for n-ergy? n-ergy currently employs 20+ people across Wales and England. All of n-ergy’s Training Advisors deliver vocational training within a number of prison establishments located in North and South Wales and the following regions in England: South Central, Midlands and the North West. n-ergy’s business support functions are based at its Head Office in South Wales. As an advocate of supporting ex-offenders into sustainable employment on release, n-ergy has employed a number of individuals on ROTL and ex-offenders on release within its business within its business support functions.

At 14-16 (Key Stage 4) we provide a core education in GCSEs English, Maths and Double Science as well a specialist technical route in either in Engineering, Health Sciences or Digital Technology (from September 2022). In the Sixth Form (Key Stage 5) you can continue the same three pathways following courses up to an equivalent of 3 A Levels. The primary focus of our UTC is to provide students with an educational experience which prepares them for employment in either engineering, health or the world of digital technology. These three industries provide huge employment opportunities for young people when they leave school or university. A UTC education is built upon the principles of employability and the skills required to be successful at work. What makes our education pathways different is that our curriculum is built to work in partnership with employers. A range of industrial and university partners provide experiences for students which stretch beyond the school setting. South Devon UTC opened in 2015 as an engineering centre with specialist equipment which enriches and enhances the educational experience for students. Since March 2021 the UTC has become part of Education South West, a large multi academy trust stretching across South Devon. This new partnership has resulted in significant investment to develop facilities and provide new pathways in Health Sciences from September 2021 and Digital Technology from 2022.
