Crimsham Farm is a community farming project, spearheaded and run by Veterans of the ArmedForces and young adults with learning difficulties. We run a variety of weekly clubs that engage with the local community, offering a completely inclusive experience for all. The site itself has been structured on a needs led basis, built and improved at every step through engagement with our users and the wider community, additions made at their request, making us the most unique farming project in the county. Crimsham Farm also acts as an alternative education provision, providing a space away from school for students who struggle to fit with the models of mainstream education and as a therapeutic centre for students with Special Educational Needs. By 2021 we will be host to a Veterans RV where members of the Armed Forces can come for mental health assistance, support groups, drop in centres, breakfast clubs and general information and signposting to help with every day life. With a passion for the outdoors, education and needs, Crimsham Farm is pioneering the way forward in positive therapeutic interactions in a safe and disabled friendly environment, providing a space that cannot be found anywhere else in Sussex in which the local community no matter the cause, can come and join in the fun, whether that’s through reduction of social isolation, inclusion in activities or just somewhere to come for a cuppa and a chat, it can be found here on the farm any time of the day, any time of the year! We have a huge range of activities to engage in, all of which can be found here on the website, and the site is expanding and improving all the time, so if you want to get involved, but cant find your niche, drop us a message or pop by for a chat. We are committed to achieving better outcomes for children by securing regular attendance at school. We understand the reasons behind non-school attendance can be varied and complex. We can offer support to identify and improve school attendance including reviewing, refining and advising on school approaches and processes. We can develop clear action plans for schools through data analysis and audits to support you in understanding the attendance issues in your school community and how to improve your whole school attendance. We are currently commissioned to work with a large number of primary and secondary schools, Pupil Referral Units, alternative providers, post-16 providers and nurseries across the Midlands area in raising their attendance both overall and in individual cases. We offer a bespoke service to all provisions and in addition to attendance packages offer safe and well checks, strategic support, data analysis and staff supervision. Our team are all DBS checked, up-to-date with appropriate Multi Agency Safeguarding training and committed to ongoing professional development, further training and each have Professional Supervision for their own practice. Peculiar Generation Services Ltd is a non-profit organisation limited by guarantee. Their vision is to contribute to the development of the Lancashire community by way of offering their services to the needs of people in the community. Our focus is on how to help rough sleepers, drug-addicted people, young and middle-aged people going through challenges of life. We believe that everyone has a right to shelter in Lancashire, therefore there must be alternative to streets for everyone in the community. This is possible if the community can support the government by contributing their quarter towards the eradication of some of the challenges confronting the grass root. Our aims and activities are to provide shelter for homeless and rough sleepers during cold weather between December and March of every year. During this period we will accommodate them, feed them and provide enabling environment for them. Our research discovered that young adult is now engaging with the drug without caution. It is our concern to have a society that is free of violence and the way we can tackle this seeming problem is to nip it in the bud by way of engaging this young adult through seminar and training. Adults. We will design a program for these people that have gone through abuse and still going through figment of imagination which has caused them depression.

Sugar Storm has evolved with me as I’ve learnt, failed, experimented, struggled balancing working three jobs and running a business, supported my mental health, (and not supported my mental health) but at the heart of it has always been a love of the alternative, an encouragement of self-expression and a desire to be a little bit different. I created Sugar Storm as a call to arms, to encourage you to choose differently. Choose the things that feel like you, choose clothes that make you feel good the moment you put them on and every time after that, choose companies who are transparent, who support the things you support, choose yourself over and over again. Sugar Storm celebrates DIY, self-expression, unconventional living and embracing the things that make you unique. All those things that were at the heart of the business in the very beginning continue to shape the work I do. Over the course of 2022, and in large part due to the TOW development project and Metal residency for allowing the space to do so, I began to refocus and rebuild Sugar Storm Studio. This meant moving away from fashion and exploring new possibilities for my art practice, workshops, tarot and physical events. In 2023 I am focusing on creating new independent art projects and developing new ways to nurture creativity and empower unconventional individuals.

Helen, the Head of Rowan, has worked in education for over twenty years, most of which has been in or associated with, inclusion and behaviour management. Having initially worked as an Education Welfare Officer, successfully raising school attendance in two of the most deprived areas of Scunthorpe, she then worked at High Ridge Secondary School, where she set up and ran the successful Nurture Group. High Ridge became The St Lawrence Academy, where Helen acted as the Lead Behaviour Professional for several years, developing, delivering and training (staff and students) anger management workshops and leading in Restorative Justice Practices, as well as running Summer School for KS2-to-KS3 transition. She then became Deputy Head of a local Alternative Provision, where her hard work, dedication and hands-on management style resulted in both improved behaviour and attendance, as well as a dramatic reduction in exclusions over a period of more than four years. She is a qualified counsellor and was Designated Safeguarding Lead in her capacity as Deputy Head. Helen brings this wealth of experience and skill which, coupled with the expertise and experience of the rest of the staff, will make Rowan Education a unique and successful school. She believes passionately that all children should have the right to education and to achieve their potential and that, with the appropriate support and encouragement, they can do so.
