It happened that he shared the office at SHU with Dr Stephen May the author of McKenzie Text Books and a remarkable researcher, in a cloudy morning in the winter of 2006 at the Cafe area in Robert Winston Building of SHU ,Mahmoud has invited Dr May to visit Cairo-Egypt to present a short introductory workshop to the McKenzie concept. the rest is history. Vision and Mission: The vision was not difficult to set, at that time, continuous professional Development in the Middle East was a new concept, where many physios were happy with hot packs, US and Exercise protocols. Therefore, stage one of our mission was to introduce all the well known concepts/schools/school of thoughts was number one priority. Between 2006 to 2011 Primephysio collaborated with McKenzie Institute International, International Bobath Tutor Training Association, Orthopaedic Medicine Belgium, British Bobath tutors association , Mulligan tutors association to run many training courses in Cairo - Egypt and Amman-Jordan and Sheffield.UK.This was stage one. Stage 2 started in 2011. We wanted to send a clear message, it is not about single concept or approach it is about a logically balanced and blended approach where all concepts are considered for the right patient on the right time. Many experienced clinicians and Academic mainly from the UK , most of them were SHU senior teaching staff, were part of this Journey. When small, Abigail Jackson made shoes from wallpaper sample books and lashed her brothers’ wooden building blocks onto her feet with string believing herself to be a geisha. In her bedroom she stitched gnomes on hankies and cut off the frills from her maxi dress to make clothes for Pippa the pocket-sized doll. In the kitchen her mum sat her on the draining board, put sellotape across her fringe and cut under it. Abigail Jackson became one of a tiny handful of Daventry punks, who shuffling round town in bondage trousers from Seditionaries and handmade clothes coloured in with biro pens, held together with hundreds of safety pins. In her bedroom she made homemade Sid Vicious badges with pages from the NME and sticky back plastic. Dreamt of being in The Slits and planned never to have a proper job. Abi went to Northampton Art College in the ’80’s to study fashion design and Illustration. Its this foundation of designing and pattern cutting that has coloured her judgment ever since. From opening a clothes shop in Coventry at the age of 19 to opening the studio in her 50’s Its only ever been about creating and making. Abi works as a freelancer so no two jobs are the same. She designs, sews and makes for a living, breathing, all singing, all dancing proper job. In the between times she has work as a freelance wardrobe supervisor traveling extensively and working with some wonderful people. Upon returning home she stitches in her studio, works on community or school projects, plans workshops and collaborates with other creatives in Burns Street Studios. My name is Andrew Okaro, I’m a therapist and coach who specializes in relationships, inner child therapy and career transformation. I’m passionate about helping others to achieve their goals and to reach their full potential. I’ve been interested in self-development ever since I learnt how to read, and was able to borrow books from my local library. However, my 1st career was working as a Graphics Designer, which lead to further work in world of advertising. In my 20’s I had my dream job, and a flat in central London, all the things I wanted to have growing up as a teenager. However, I struggled with relationships and found myself repeatedly disappointment in matters of love and the heart. At the same time, I became interested in psychology, in particular the works of Carl Jung, and Freud. What fascinated me, was the idea that your childhood experiences and the relationships with your parents, are key factors in shaping your life as an adult. I also became interested in the world of spirituality and was naturally drawn to Toaism and Shamanism. I studied various universal laws such as 'the law of polarity' ‘the law of resonance’ and ‘the law of attraction.’ But not from the superficial view often portrayed in documentaries like ‘The secret’. I was more interested in the workings of the unconscious mind, and how attraction is often influenced by, archetypes, inner parts and shadow aspects of the psyche. I started to see how the relationship with my mother fitted the pattern of my early relationships. But knowledge alone, was not enough to transform this, and I realized that I had to dig deeper in order to experience transformation. After a particularly bad breakup, I became aware of healing power of EFT (emotional freedom technique) and NLP (neuro linguistic programming). While practicing these for some time I became aware of several shifts which manifested as synchronicities in my life. Some of these were subtle, while others were blatantly obvious, like two ex’s contacting me within a space of a couple days.

Hello and welcome! I’m delighted you found me here in my little corner of the internet. When I started blogging in 2010 on a very clunky laptop, I had no clue at all that Poppy Loves London and all that it encompasses, would become my full time and very much loved job. Here you’ll find me writing about things I love now and have loved over the years, including my favourite fashion finds, travel destinations, recipes, homeware and coffee haunts. I’ve written endlessly about cosy cafes to hide away in and fancy restaurants for celebrations, my latest beauty finds, bakeries (the cake!) gorgeous interiors, books I’ve adored and all things knitwear. Oh, and jumpsuits. (Oh, and dresses…) And of course, you can’t shut me up about my home city, London. What a place it is… I have over a decade of experience in working in branding, social media and communications so I understand the influencer world from both sides, which has been incredibly valuable over the years and has meant that I have been able to work with and support some of my favourite brands and businesses. After a fairly traumatic few months for us all, while she suffered enormously with reflux, we all popped out the other end with a huge sigh of relief and she is now a proper walking, talking human and the funniest person I know. She can also out-eat me in crumpets, which you should know, is exceptionally impressive. Lighthouse Literacy Academy is a Christian school where children will experience God’s love in our morning Bible time and weekly chapel as well as throughout the week as we learn to love God and each other just as God commands us. Started in 2017, Bristol Relationships is a fresh, dynamic, experience-led training initiative created by Barbara Bloomfield, Dominique Sakoilsky, Rex Baird and Zoe Baird. Barbara, Dominique and Rex have over fifty years of experience, with tens of thousands of contact hours of working with couples and, more recently, families between them. They all worked extensively together at Bristol Relate and, from 2007, were a core part of the team that pioneered the Family Counselling service there. All continue to have busy private practices. Now they are looking to share, expand and develop this body of knowledge and experience by offering specialist training to those interested working directly with human relationships. Zoe has a strong background in administration and organisation and is responsible for all the non-teaching aspects of Bristol Relationships. Barbara Bloomfield, MA Barbara Bloomfield Barbara has been a Counsellor for 23 years and a Counselling Supervisor for 15 years. She trained with Relate in relationship counselling and has completed over 16,000 hours of counselling and supervision during her career. In 2007, after taking a Diploma in Systemic Family Counselling, she, along with Dominique and Rex, started the Family Counselling service at Relate Avon. Barbara was a member of the Relate Domestic Abuse Training Team and has been a national spokesperson for Relate for many years, often quoted on tv, radio and media. She has written five books about relationships, one of which won a Time Out award in 1986. Her most recent book, Couple Therapy: Dramas of Love and Sex, is the world's first graphic novel about relationship counselling and is published in 11 languages. This book led to her working at Warsaw University in Poland with postgraduates. In 2017-18, Barbara won a Winston Churchill Travelling Fellowship to study creative and innovative ways of working with relationships where neuro-diversity is an issue in Australia and North America. Barbara is a Director of Lapidus International, the expressive arts organisation that brings together creative writing and arts with better mental health. She has a master's degree in creative writing and taught undergraduates at Bath Spa University. Her life passion is to continue helping people to have better lives and connections through therapeutic creativity.

Grammar school entrance exam preparation plays a major role in the business, including Verbal and Non-verbal Reasoning, mock exams, etc. John Cashin says: “Although many parents enrol their children for tuition in either Yr. 4 or 5, it really is never too early to begin and I am delighted when parents of younger children enrol them for tuition. This is because almost all children develop gaps in their understanding of school work which, if not promptly addressed, can grow year-on-year into more significant problems. I see many children who, had they been brought to me for tutoring at an earlier stage in their education, could have achieved so much more.
