I have over sixteen years of experience working in management and senior
management positions in children’s residential care in the UK and the USA. I
have worked in various children’s social care settings and directly worked with
children who have suffered neglectful and abusive early childhoods and ongoing
placement breakdowns. I have won several awards for the direct work I have done
with these children and the team around them to understand developmental trauma
and to help build better futures.
