About Dani….Dani Diosi DipHe, DypHyp MHS is a highly qualified and experienced Antenatal & Childbirth educator, hypnotherapist, Doula and NLP Master Practioner With nearly 20 years experience. Her passion combined with vast experience in all areas makes her uniquely qualified to train hypnobirthing practitioners and teachers and it is her absolute passion to enable as many people as possible to pass on hypnobirthing techniques in a way that highlights their existing skill set. She understands the juggle of running a successful business whilst wanting to support as many pregnant parents through a smooth birth and is creating a ripple effect within the industry to empower more businesses that work within the birthing & pregnancy areas to include hypnobirthing as a way to give you and your clients more empowerment and confidence. She originally taught for the National Childbirth Trust (NCT) and utilised her own experience as a mother to twins to specialise in multiple birth classes. She subsequently qualified in Natal Hypnotherapy in 2008 and worked very closely with Maggie Howell (Natal Hypnotherapy’s founder and director) teaching the course and training and assessing new practitioners. Dani set up her own hypnobirthing programme in 2015 after qualifying as a hypnotherapist in 2012 and is a recognised Doula with Doula UK and Birth Bliss . She recognises the importance of learning knowledge in a fun, supportive way but also in a way that you can tailor to your strengths. This is the exact reason she has created her hypnobirthing teacher training courses in a way that gives you all the training you need but she also teaches how you can integrate it into an existing business and / or develop your own way of delivery. Being unique and standing out is so important as that’s why your clients will want to work with you. Dani also works with expectant parents co-founder of the successful AllAboutAntenatal programme. Most importantly, she is wife to her long suffering and extremely patient husband and mum to three teenage girls and three dogs! The KTX Kickboxing system was founded by Mark Lock and Simon Bailey and was authorised by 9th Degree Grand Master Anton St James in 2015. The system was created in order to combine skill sets from various different disciplines in order to establish a unique and versatile fighting art. The “K” in KTX stands for Kali – which originated from the Philippines. kali often refers to the empty hand techniques of the Filipino weapons based systems. It focuses on the destruction of hands and limbs and works on the principle of “de-fanging the snake”, that is, to destroy or take away your opponents weapon. Whether a bladed weapon, impact weapon, a fist, or a kick, it doesn’t matter, kali’s core objective is take away the weapon through destruction techniques in order to gain entry to the vulnerable parts of the body. The “T” in KTX refers to Thai boxing, or Muay Thai. Muay Thai originates from Thailand and is one of the most popular striking martial arts in the world to date. Also known as the “art of 8 limbs”, Muay Thai utilises the whole body as a weapon. Punches, kicks, elbows, knees, Muay Thai’s fundamental striking skills are some of the strongest and deadliest techniques around which in turn highly compliments the Kali side to the programme. Both these martial arts are combined into a Kickboxing structure. Kickboxing was established in America in the early 70’s. It derives from full contact karate and utilises the punches from boxing with the versatile kicks of karate. Kickboxing is a freestyle fighting art and at its core lies lightning fast kicks, speedy footwork, and quick combinations. Both the Kali and Thai elements are blended into this free style structure in order to create a unique blend of striking skills. The KTX Kickboxing system offers both the Filipino empty hand and the powerful striking skills from Muay Thai and Kickboxing, forming a striking system that is functional, diverse, and adaptable. Hi my name is Katy Robinson, Director of Katy Robinson Fitness Fusion Ltd and creator of ‘On Broadway’. We believe every woman deserves to feel confident, allow time for themselves and find something they love to do in order to get fit!Our team of passionate, experienced instructors use top hats, feather boas, canes and songs from all the popular Broadway shows, in local community venues that offer safe, non-judgemental classes for women of all ages, shapes, sizes and those with two left feet. We work with women of all ages who have a passion for dance! Ideally you are mid 40’s through to any age – you are never too old to dance. You may have had previous experience of dancing – be it as a young child going to a dance class or as a teenager doing it more seriously or as an experienced dancer, or you have always wanted to learn to dance but never had the chance. Typically you struggle with finding something you really love doing to keep fit that doesn’t seem like hard work and you may dislike going to the gym and doing the typical aerobic classes. You may feel intimidated in other classes and fear that you lack co-ordination, are un-fit, what if everyone is better than you and what if everyone is younger than you. You would like to improve your confidence, stamina and co-ordination whilst getting fit and having fun and be able to escape into make believe and have a little bit of ‘me’ time each week and meet like-minded women. What separates my ‘On Broadway’ dance classes from other adult dance/fitness classes is my background as a professional dancer, dance and fitness teacher and choreographer, fused with my coaches and I’s infectious enthusiasm, knowledge of musical theatre, passion for dance and fitness, combined with our ability to break down the most complex of choreography. As a result ‘On Broadway’ clients receive a unique dance class that enables you to have fun whilst getting fit doing what you love doing and a chance for you to reveal their ‘inner show girl’ and learn to dance like no one is watching! ‘On Broadway’ classes also incorporate positive mind-set techniques to promote health, happiness and wellbeing. They also include ‘Be Activated’ muscle activation technique to help increase flexibility and optimum muscle function. Making you feel at ease, providing you with a safe space to exercise and allowing you to relax and be yourself, havimg fun with like-minded women and creating a community is our number one priority. An increase in fitness, flexibility and co-ordination is a by-product and learning how to dance is a bonus.
