Hi, I'm Sarah. I live on the outskirts of Bristol and grew up in beautiful Cornwall, which will always be home to me. I am a Natural Health Practitioner, Coach, Spiritual Mentor, Akashic Transformation Practitioner. I'm also Mum to two teenagers and two cockapoos, Cooper and Willow. For 22 years, I worked in the corporate world in HR. My last permanent role - before following my heart and leaving it all behind - was HR Director for a Bristol Law Firm. My corporate background is relevant because I totally understand and empathise with the pressures that brings and I understand the real juggle (and sometimes struggle) working Mums have to keep all the plates spinning. For the past 11 years, I have been on my own wellness and healing journey, which has included getting to the root cause of a diagnosis and following my own wellness plan to reverse the diagnosis and return to health. I continue to focus on healing my body naturally, fuelling my body with the right nutrition for me, balancing my body's energy systems and committing to both personal and spiritual development. I believe we already have inside us the tools and wisdom to bring about the changes we want and need to make to live our best lives. The Bible is like a door, which leads us into the presence of God. Behind that door are great spiritual treasures. But we must have the key to unlock the door or we will never be able to enter in and explore these treasures. The Bible reveals how we can understand God’s Word. As a community we seek to understand and share with others within and beyond the school gate our achievements and how we’ve overcome any barriers to our success. From sensory and experience stories with the Pre-Formal classes, through to Titan and Asdan achievements shared with pupils on the Formal pathway, we seek to ensure that our assemblies remain appropriate for all our student body. Our assemblies have been formed by consultation with the Pupil Voice body and staff, and time is taken to discuss and reflect on the topics covered.
