The idea for this site came as my sister and I were practically passed out after an amazing massage at Rituels d’Orient in Barcelona in 2010, and it was the first step down a path of exploring my passions and sharing them with others. I just thought, wouldn’t it be great if you could offer this holiday to everyone; a safe, easy, affordable spa and hotel break – the kind that you could take your mum on and know that she would enjoy it. I hope that this website can do for travel what Gok Wan has done for fashion • Help you to find a good quality, affordable break somewhere new and exciting, that will replace the same old panic buys • Give you a designer spa holiday experience for a budget holiday price As much as I love looking through holiday sites on the internet, sometimes the amount of choice just gets too much – and then I find myself on Tripadvisor trying to figure out which of the rave reviews are made up and which of the nasty ones are just people who were having a bad day. I aim to only recommend one affordable hotel, spa, sight, top restaurant, everyday restaurant, and shopping tip in each location, so you can easily create your break with no need to search through all the travel websites or experience Jellyfish. London is the exception, but even here, in my home town, I will only recommend the exceptional (and that includes exceptional value.) In October 2009 I had 2 weeks holiday from work. I would have loved to have booked something but I was so burnt out and confused by all the choice that I gave up. I had a nice time – I spent time with my family, went to IMBS for a massage, took up yoga again, did lots of DIY, visited the Cotswolds and even surfed at East Wittering, but I also decided to never let myself get that run down again. So amongst the great spa and hotel breaks that I’ll be sharing here are also ideas for escapes that take a few minutes, hours or just a day, everyday escapes that you can indulge in, if you just can’t face the idea of packing a bag or getting on a plane. We all love to get away, but as the person who gets asked to sort out the travel details, by boyfriends, family and even my work colleagues (who are desperate for me to organise a trip to my favourite Moroccan spa) I also know how great it would be sometimes to just find a value for money holiday at the click of a button – and I hope you’ll find it here! And I hope you will tell me if there are things you want that aren’t here yet, and what you think of these escapes.

holistic ink tooth gems boston talk about the inspiration, style choices of teeth gem

Jake, a 30-year-old creative marketing professional living in New York, has always had a deep passion for fashion and emerging beauty trends. As a creative individual, he not only wants to express himself through his work but also through his personal image. After a long search for a fresh and unique way to showcase his personality, Jake decided to try teeth gem application—an increasingly popular trend among young people. However, before making his decision, Jake conducted thorough research and visited multiple studios before ultimately choosing Holistic Ink tooth gems boston, known for its exceptional service quality and reputation. Behind this choice was strong inspiration from a celebrity, professional style consultation, and a well-thought-out decision that allowed Jake to transform his look while maintaining a professional image. 1. HOLISTIC INK TOOTH GEMS BOSTON’S CELEBRITY INSPIRATION MOTIVATED JAKE TO GET A TOOTH GEM Jake said his inspiration for a gem at Holistic Ink tooth gems Boston came not from family or friends but from Cristiano Ronaldo. While Ronaldo is primarily recognized as a football legend, his style and well-groomed appearance have also garnered admiration worldwide. His confidence, both on and off the field, has influenced countless fans, including Jake. Come to tooth gems boston: ▶️ https://www.holisticink.com/holisticink-servies/toothgem-boston/ [https://www.holisticink.com/holisticink-servies/toothgem-boston/] ◀️ During a major match, Jake noticed Ronaldo flashing a brilliant smile with a small diamond on his tooth. At first, he wasn’t sure if it was intentional or just a trick of the light, but the subtle sparkle caught his attention. That moment made Jake realize that if he wanted to elevate his personal style, a tooth gem would be the perfect choice—something unique yet classy. Beyond Ronaldo, many international artists and athletes have embraced this subtle yet striking dental accessory, using it to enhance their individuality and add a touch of confidence to their looks. Seeing how effortlessly it complemented their styles further solidified Jake’s decision. After doing some research, he chose Holistic Ink tooth gems Boston, known for its precision and high-quality application, to bring his vision to life. 2. RECOMMENDED FACIAL PIERCINGS TO COMPLEMENT HIS NEW TOOTH GEM After getting his tooth gem, Jake wanted to enhance his overall aesthetic by incorporating other accessories like facial piercings, further amplifying his bold and expressive style. The experts at Holistic Ink tooth gems Boston suggested several facial piercings that would pair well with his newly adorned teeth: 2.1. NOSE PIERCING A nose piercing is a popular choice when paired with a tooth gem. A small, delicate nose stud can create a subtle yet sophisticated highlight. The professionals advised Jake to go for a minimalistic nose piercing that would harmonize with his tooth gem, achieving a balanced and stylish overall look. 2.2. LABRET PIERCING (LIP PIERCING) This piercing, placed below the lower lip near the chin, adds an extra touch of edginess. Since Jake wanted a bold appearance, a labret piercing was suggested to enhance his confident and expressive style. 2.3. EAR PIERCINGS While nose and lip piercings add focal points, ear piercings can complement the entire face. A small earring or a set of sleek, minimalist earrings would be the perfect addition, balancing out the brilliance of Jake’s tooth gem. 2.4. EYEBROW PIERCING An eyebrow piercing can add a daring and edgy vibe to Jake’s look. A small, thin eyebrow ring would create harmony and help his face stand out without being too overwhelming. 2.5. HELIX PIERCING (UPPER EAR PIERCING) A helix piercing was another option recommended to match his tooth gem. This piercing style gives off an edgy and contemporary feel, further enhancing Jake’s modern and bold aesthetic. All of these piercings helped Jake craft a unique look, blending seamlessly with his tooth gem. For him, these accessories weren’t just jewelry but a means of self-expression, exuding confidence and individuality. 3. HOLISTIC INK TOOTH GEMS BOSTON IS BEING SCHEDULED FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTS After getting his tooth gem at Holistic Ink ▶️ tooth gems boston [https://glose.com/activity/6762730885bcc0eb2593c1b3] ◀️, Jake scheduled regular follow-up appointments to ensure the gem remained securely attached and that his dental health was in check. Each visit gave him peace of mind, knowing that the studio would carefully inspect the gem’s condition and ensure everything remained intact. Living in New York, Jake had to book a flight to Boston for his appointment. With his busy schedule, traveling between the two cities wasn’t easy, but he felt it was entirely worth it for the quality service Holistic Ink tooth gems Boston provided. Upon arriving in Boston, Jake visited the studio for his tooth gem application, which took about an hour. He was thrilled with the results. The professionals thoroughly explained post-care instructions and advised him to return in about a month for a check-up. Since then, every scheduled follow-up appointment has been a well-planned trip from New York to Boston. Despite the travel distance, Jake firmly believes that choosing the studio for his tooth gem was the best decision. 4. WHY JAKE CHOSE HOLISTIC INK TEETH GEM BOSTON OVER OTHER STUDIOS Before choosing Holistic Ink ▶️ teeth gem [https://phileo.me/posts/283895] ◀️ boston, Jake explored several other tooth gem studios in New York and other major cities. However, he wasn’t entirely convinced by the quality of service or the application process at those locations. While many studios offered tooth gem services, Jake found their consultations lacked the level of detail and professionalism he was looking for. After researching through social media, he discovered numerous positive reviews from past clients. The studio’s high-quality service, stunning results, and commitment to safety convinced him to book an appointment. One of the biggest factors in Jake’s decision was the focus on both aesthetics and client safety. With experienced artists and a clear application process, Jake felt completely confident in entrusting the artists with his new look. 5. CONCLUSION: A TRUSTED DESTINATION FOR TOOTH GEM SERVICES Jake’s journey at Holistic Ink tooth gems boston was more than just a style transformation—it was a self-expression journey through creative and safe choices. The studio helped Jake refine his look, from his teeth gem to complementary facial piercings, empowering him to showcase his confidence and personality. From left to right: Nancy, Jodie & Hazel are The Nest’s 3 co-directors. Scroll down the page to read more about them and The Nest team. Our Vision & Mission Our vision is to live in a world where women and girls feel empowered and fulfilled at each stage of their life. We want to be part of creating a cohesive society where these rites of passage are honoured as gateways of personal development as well as biological milestones. Our mission is to provide social, emotional and educational support, to improve well-being and self-esteem. We support women, girls and people who menstruate through menstruation, pregnancy, childbirth, and menopause. We believe in intersectional feminism by promoting gender justice and racial justice. We are anti-racist and pro-trans rights. We believe in equality for all genders. We offer compassionate peer support, and provide a safe, nurturing environment to explore emotional and physical literacy as we pass through these rites of passage. There is no right or wrong way to go through these gateways, they are as individual as we are. But we don’t have to do it alone. What a different place our world will be if we felt belonging, supported, and respected as we welcomed ourselves to the next stage of life! Our History The seeds of this dream had been swirling for some years before finding a place to land. The Nest was officially registered as Community Interest Company in October 2019 by Hazel Acland, Jodie Wilkerson and Nancy Osborne. Together they launched their first project in March 2020 just as the covid-19 pandemic was sweeping the world. Plans quickly adapted to this new reality and became a weekly online wellbeing group to bring together pregnant and birthing people in the Exeter and East Devon area. The group has evolved to create a perinatal peer support network, training mums to support other mums through matrescence from pregnancy to parenting. The Nest has grown in other areas as well – starting to deliver services around menstruation and menopause support, with much more in the pipeline! Equality We aim to create a safe and welcoming atmosphere. We want to challenge all forms of oppression including those based on race, ethnicity, nationality, faith, gender, sexuality, learning ability, physical impairment, mental illness, age, occupation, income, or wealth. Girls That Scuba

girls that scuba

London

Girls that Scuba is a community of inspiring women who are passionate about scuba diving. We range from the scuba instructor, the beginner, the never-put-on-a-scuba-mask, to the full-time ocean activist, and everyone in between. Want to know how we became the thriving online community you see today? Here’s the Girls that Scuba story! 2016 – The Group and Website Sarah Richard was the only woman divemaster working on a boat in Micronesia and she wanted more women to talk to about diving. Finding a lack of spaces online, she made her own. The Girls that Scuba Facebook group was born. Girls that Scuba founder Sarah Richard smiles widely. She is taking a selfie on a boat, wearing a blue whale shark print dive skin. Within 5 months, Girls that Scuba became the largest women’s diving community online! Our content needed a space outside of social media, so we started the Girls that Scuba blog. The website continues to share educational diving articles, equipment reviews, and dive destination advice. 2017 – Girls that Scuba Store The community wanted a way to spot other members underwater, so our mask strap covers became our first piece of merchandise and we launched our Girls that Scuba online store. Over the years the store has grown to include log books, changing robes, DSMBs, passport covers, and so much more! 2018 – Girls that Scuba Trips and Membership As well as bringing divers together online, people wanted to be able to meet other members in person. Who were we to say no? Our first Girls that Scuba Day event took place in Indonesia, and was shortly followed by our first Girls that Scuba trip to Komodo Island. We now host scuba and freediving trips around the world. We also hosted our first ever Girls that Scuba Underwater Photography Contest – the first to highlight women in underwater photography. Allied with dive businesses and travel providers, we created and launched the GTS Membership Card – the first membership of its kind in the industry. The membership continues to offer hundreds of discounts on dive centres, liveaboards and scuba brands worldwide! 2020 – Courses and Ambassadors Whilst the dive industry took a collective surface interval, we collaborated with instructors and marine scientists on a series of webinars and offered sponsored scholarship places on each one. Inspired by our incredible community, we also introduced the world to our first group of Girls that Scuba ambassadors! 2021 – Returning to Travel With dive travel starting to reopen, we hosted 4 international and 5 UK based trips. Our second group of inspirational Girls that Scuba ambassadors stepped into their roles. 2022 – Trips and More Set to be our biggest year yet for events, we will be taking divers on 9 international dive trips and 7 UK adventures! Get Involved The simplest way to get involved with Girls that Scuba is to be part of our online communities! We’ve now grown to over 16 social platforms (more on that below), but it all began with our Girls that Scuba Facebook group which remains at the heart of our community today. Our private groups are a safe space open to women and non-binary people, and any other social platforms can be followed by people of all genders. For the opportunity to join us in person and dive on one of our incredible scuba adventures, head to Girls that Scuba Trips. If you want to share your Girls that Scuba pride far and wide, check out our merchandise on the GTS Store. Adderley is a very child-centred nursery, which means that children spend much of their day engaged in self-directed learning. The majority of the day is free-flow, meaning children choose to engage in a range of different activities, indoors and outdoors. Children engage in activities independently and with their friends, as well as taking part in adult facilitated activities that are planned from children's interests and developmental needs. We believe that at this young age children learn best through a play-based curriculum, with support from our experienced staff team who engage with children in their play to support social interaction, language development and further learning opportunities. Some key attributes we seek to develop in children include self-confidence, problem solving and independence. 2-4s Unlike many other settings, at Adderley our two to four year olds are all part of the same unit. They share the same space and access the same activities. The Nursery is led by qualified early years' teachers and experienced qualified Nursery Practitioners. Key Person Each child & family has a named key practitioner. This offers the opportunity for a special relationship to develop. The key practitioner builds a close relationship by acting as a companion for the child & being mindful to the needs of the child during each day. The key practitioner acts as a champion for child & parent. Sharing information and creating opportunities to talk with parents builds trust & partnership. Settling-in is a crucial time. Transitions Each child and family is unique. Before starting Nursery, we offer all children and families a pre-entry induction meeting at Nursery and sometimes a home visit. We have new children starting every term. We have a range of base areas that offer a place of security for children to explore the Nursery. The Loft Room and Green Room provision support our youngest children to make smooth transitions from home to Nursery. There are seamless internal transitions to Studio 1 and Studio 2 for older children. Studio 1 and Studio 2 offer continuity and progression. We work together to support the settling process. When parents feel comfortable in the setting it helps their children to settle. During the Summer Term we work closely with neighbouring primary schools to offer smooth transitions to Reception. Children leave with excellent primary school readiness. Rhythm of the Day Adderley feels like home. We create Rhythm in the Nursery through our daily routine. Some children arrive early for breakfast and stay for tea. These are nurturing, social times. For most children in Nursery the day begins with meeting & greeting by the key person. A group time with the key person takes place on entry to meet & plan learning (breathing in) (15 minutes). This is followed by a period of child-initiated play indoors & outdoors (breathing out & exploring the world) (90 minutes). A group time at end of the session to share food, reflect, share stories and singing (breathing in) (15 minutes). About the Nursery Rhythm also comes through personal care routines. Nappy changing, changing clothes, washing, eating, quiet/resting/sleeping times are learning and development times for key person and child. Children experience the seasons and feel connected to nature and its lifecycle. There is a planned yearly timetable for looking after the garden and visits to parks. There are unplanned spontaneous experiences connected to weather. Children participate in real experiences like shopping, gardening, cooking and caring for living creatures and plants Food and Nutrition We are passionate about fresh, healthy food that tastes great. The right nutrients can affect everyone's mood, behaviour, health, growth and even their ability to concentrate. Encouraging a well-balanced diet establishes healthy eating now and for the future. We offer hot meals that are brought onto site by specialist caterers in education establishments. The children also have access to a morning snack of fruit with water available throughout the day. We offer breakfast and tea to children who are with us for longer days. The children grow some of our food in the garden. Governing Body The Governing body plays a key role in overseeing the practice and ethos of the school. They provide challenge and support to the Executive Head teacher and leadership team. If you would like to be involved please ask at Reception. Annual Data At Adderley we track children's learning and development termly, seeking to ensure that children make good or better progress and continue to be stimulated and challenged by their nursery experiences. This information is shared with families at termly reviews. We also use this data to identify curriculum development priorities. Working with Parents We value parental input very highly. We are always looking for parents to join our Governing Body which s a way to be involved in the direction that Adderley takes moving forwards. Each term parents meet with their child's Key person and contribute to identifying 'next steps' for their child's learning and development. We encourage families to share children's learning experiences from home through the Tapestry documentation tool.
