My name is Sinem Er. I am practicing yoga since 2005 and sharing my passion since 2010. I teach Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, with a focus on Vinyasa Flow, Hatha and Restorative yoga. I am the founder of Now Yoga Limited UK and I was featured in Linda Sparrowe’s book ‘Yoga At Home – Inspiration for creating your own home practice’ published by Universe Press and Yoga Journal among many other world-renowned yoga teachers. I received my first teacher training certificate from beloved Zeynep Aksoy in 2009, and then in 2010 I met my root teacher Cyndi Lee, the first western female yoga teacher to integrate yoga and Buddhism, the founder of the legendary OM Yoga School and I am her student ever since. In 2018, I had the honor of translating her book ‘Yoga Body, Buddha Mind’into Turkish. What I learned from her radically changed my perspective and my relationship with myself, the world, and the teachings of yoga. As I began to observe myself in the light of Buddhist teachings, my practice has actually become a reminder that everything is interconnected, that everything that happens, everything we do, every word we say is planting a seed and vinyasa is a physical expression of the fact that nothing and no one can exist separately, but that everything is interconnected and interdependent. As an experienced and committed yoga teacher, I am able to assist and inspire others on their yoga journey. My style emphasizes alignment, flow, movement/breath integration and Buddhist meditation principles. My classes are dynamic and contemplative. I believe in the importance of safe and logical sequencing. I have the ability to distill complex postures and teach them as accessible building blocks for yogis of all backgrounds. In 2014, I started to lead Yoga Alliance USA Approved 200-hour Teacher Training Programs and Continuing Education Programs on yoga and meditation. For many years, I taught group classes at best yoga schools of Turkey, such as Cihangir Yoga and Nefess Yoga. Since 2014, I am teaching Yoga Alliance approved 200-hour Foundational Teacher Trainings, as well as taking part in the teaching faculty of 300-hour programs of Nefess Yoga, İzmir Yoga and Githa Satya Yoga. I am recording online classes and training programs for YogaUni since 2018. I organize yoga retreats at magical locations in Turkey. With the pandemic, I also started to offer my trainings and classes ONLINE. Sharing the teachings of yoga with you is a continuous learning and discovery process for me. Est. 1968About In 1968, Terry Farrington had a decision to make. As a flight attendant for Delta Airlines, she was told she was going to have to relocate away from Birmingham. Donna Jones was active in her daughter Paula’s dance studio and good friends with its owner. Terry’s mother convinced the girls into opening a studio and they chose the then eight year old city of Hueytown for the location. Terry had a strong background in dance and theater, while Donna had a strong background in music and voice. With the help of the Baumann family, they opened TeriDona School of Dance in a small building by Baumann Coatings. It soon moved to a location in Caffey Junction then to its current location in Hueytown, Alabama, which was purchased from the Vernon family. For over 50 years, thousands of students have walked through the studio doors. Many went on to use the training they got from TeriDona in performance-related fields, while others simply reminisce on the skills that would help them throughout their lives. One of the original TeriDona dance moms was none other than Jane Roton, whose daughters Paige and Peyton were among the first students. In 1971, Renee Lamar walked through those doors for the first time. Her mom had taken her to another studio for her first year of dance, but she attended a TeriDona Recital and made the decision to move her to that studio. Donna was Renee’s teacher and she immediately was drawn to her. Renee worked as hard as she could for Donna. Renee eventually worked her way into the more advanced classes taught by Terry and solos taught by Paula. The focus was always on the performance and knowing your audience. Being classy and entertaining. Working hard and having fun while doing it. Heather Goolsby showed up in 1997. A transfer from another studio, she was a handful. But she was spunky and funny and actually had talent. She worked her way up from a student teacher to an assistant and then a teacher. Renee and Heather knew they had some large shoes to fill when they took over in 2013. Living up to such a huge legacy has been challenging but one they never lost sight of. Every decision they make takes into consideration what Mrs. Terry and Mrs. Donna would think about it. Today, TeriDona School of Dance rehearses in Hueytown, AL and travels the world to perform in competitions, parades, and performances to showcase the talent of every dancer that steps into the studio.

Wexham is a highly regarded and successful non-selective 11 - 19 school. The School’s latest Ofsted inspection, November 2017, judged the school to be GOOD in all areas and for overall effectiveness. The school is popular and currently expanding. In 2019 we welcomed our largest Year 7 cohort to the school for many years. Our location on the edge of Slough means our school has a green and spacious campus feeling. In November 2018 we moved into our new multimillion pound ‘Woodside’ Building. This is a major investment by Slough Borough Council as part of its ambitious school expansion programme. We now have 29 brand new classrooms housing Humanities, English, MFL and our SEN departments. In addition a new student services area was provided and at the very heart of the school a new Library, including additional Sixth Form study areas. Historically the School was designated as a ‘Sports College’. Although such designations have now ceased, sport continues to be a focus point of the school and there is considerable success at both local and regional level. High levels of participation in PE and Sport builds resilience and confidence in our students which allows academic success to flourish. Hello! My name is Ashley Szafranek and I’m a clinical dog behaviourist and trainer based in central Scotland. I graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Applied Animal Science awarded by the University of Glasgow in 2012 and began my career in rescue, working for a UK wide animal charity. I quickly identified a need to help people and their dogs before getting to crisis point, preventing the heart breaking decision to rehome, and in 2014 I set up Reach Your Pawtential. Alongside my work in rescue, I have worked with a variety of livestock, wild and domesticated species, spending a year as a primate keeper at Edinburgh Zoo, and even travelled to South Africa to train veterinary clinic staff on welfare and behaviour. In 2019 I became a full member of Britain’s leading professional dog trainer organisation, the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT membership number 01411) and I’m an Animal Behaviour & Training Council (ABTC) registered Animal Training Instructor. I have a Masters Degree in Clinical Animal Behaviour, graduating with distinction from the University of Lincoln. I am now a candidate member of The Fellowship of Animal Behaviour Clinicians (FABC) and I am a provisional member of the Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors (APBC). Provisional members have demonstrated that they have the appropriate level of Knowledge and Understanding for the professional role of Clinical Animal Behaviourist (CAB). I am now gaining the practical experience necessary to be assessed as a CAB and therefore become a full member of the APBC. The APBC supports its provisional members undertaking behaviour consultations. I am also working towards Certified Clinical Animal Behaviourist (CCAB) status and I’m pre-certified as a Clinical Animal Behaviourist with Association for the Study of Animal Behaviour (ASAB). I use positive, reward based training methods informed by the latest science. Sessions are relaxed and fun, with a focus on training in ‘real life’, helping you and your dog ‘reach your pawtential’ together. I’m fully insured and a human and animal first aider. I specialise in working with rescue dogs - if your dog has any additional behaviour requirements for the sessions, simply get in touch to discuss! Sessions are taken at each dog and owner’s pace and not only build the dogs confidence but owner confidence too, equipping you with the necessary skills to navigate life together. I’ve owned working collies for years and currently live with my rescue dog Magic Merlin, the blue merle Border Collie! In our spare time we love adventuring when we’re not trick training!
