Our ingredients are sourced from Yorkshire and are sustainable wherever possible
and we always use free range eggs. We order small quantities to minimise wastage
and always consider the food miles travelled by our ingredients. We mention
local food producers during our classes and where possible display where e.g.
‘today’s meat…’ is from. We endeavour to run seasonal classes based on maximum
use of fresh local ingredients and discuss alternatives within class.
