You must activate Airplane mode on your smartphone however you need to be connected to Wi-Fi, so turn on Airplane mode then reactivate your Wi-Fi. Please familiarise yourself with the potential violations as these can potentially lead to the assessment being voided. Training Qualifications UK (TQUK) defines a controlled environment as a quiet, appropriate space conducive to the undertaking of a remotely invigilated exam. The space, as described above, must meet these requirements throughout the entire duration of the exam. If the exam conditions requirements are not met, the exam may be voided.
