Access Underwater Ltd are a specialist underwater, diving and confined space contractor with almost 100 years combined commercial diving experience. Our company was born from a desire to centralise and coordinate the extensive diving, confined space, and restricted access experience and capabilities of our founding team members into a single solution provider. With a wealth of underwater; offshore construction, inspection, fabrication, engineering, military, emergency service and recreational/technical/cave diving/instructional backgrounds, combined with an extensive list of television/film credits, we believed that our clients would be better served by having one solution provider for their underwater access requirements, trained to the most exacting industry standards and practiced in almost every aquatic environment imaginable. Glenbervie Kindergarden and GX out of school club is a family run business which helps to provide the best start in life for children, in a homely like environment which promotes emotional wellbeing and togetherness. Children are at the heart of what we do and parents and families involvement are of the upmost importance. Glenbervie Kindergarden has been established for and providing care to children from birth to primary seven for almost 20 years. Each of our settings are unique and all offer the same high quality of care and education that our parents expect. The settings have all been refurbished quite recently to a bright, modern standard and all facilities are well resourced. Within our settings we offer a child centered approach, we encourage the children to be involved in their own learning and their achievements celebrated. Our staff create happy, caring and stimulating environments in which each child can develop, build confidence and can become more independant in their own right. For our younger children we have a range of baby and toddler rooms, designed to nurture and support the development of each individual child. For our older children in the Explorer rooms, we offer a breadth of learning experiences, where our skilled staff are confident in enhancing and deepening the child's learning. Our out of school Clubs offer fun, stimulating environments where children can socialise, play and relax before or after a busy day at school. Our nurseries and out of school facilities put a strong emphasis on learning outdoors and all settings have their own outdoor areas to support and extend your child's learning and exploration. Adventures outwith the gardens include visits such as, the local park, the library, garden centre or other landmarks, this helps to build the child's sense of connection with the local community. Our staff team have a wealth of experience and qualifications and are all registered with the Scottish Social Services Council and have up to date PVG checks. To ensure staff are well equipped to support the children's learning and development, staff undergo continuous professional development. A high percentage of our staff team are first aid trained, with us working towards all staff being trained in this. As well as our own staff we work closely with other professionals such as health visitor, social work, speech and language, educational psychologist and other various agencies. Within our settings we promote healthy eating, our snacks are varied and interesting and lunches can be provided by an outside catering company, who follow the current 'Setting the table' guidance. Parents also have the option to provide their own child's lunch. We are in Partnership with Falkirk Council and can provide up to 1140 funded hours for eligible children. Since its inception in 1977, Playpen has come a long way to be transformed into one of the leading English Medium Schools of Bangladesh. Playpen was founded by the prominent Educationalist Mrs. Zeba Khan. Although it saw a humble beginning as a Kindergarten School in 1997 – by 1998, however it had expanded Classes upto Primary Level and then went on to be transformed into High School also. In 2003, Playpen sent its first candidate to appear for the Ordinary Level Examination. Commendably, the Candidate obtained straight “A” grades in all the seven subjects he had taken and appeared for. Advanced Level Classes were introduced in the year 2013 by the School’s Honourable Chairman, Mr. A Mannan Khan. The first Batch of A’ Level Students enrolled from Playpen was in the year 2015. The establishment of Playpen’s permanent Campus was also initiated by our Honourable Chairman Mr. A Mannan Khan. This was like a dream come true. Playpen was designed by the renowned Architect Mr. Ehsan Khan. The state of the art and lucrative 10 storied building, with so many breathing spaces, caught the eyes of all. Apart from having large Classrooms, spacious corridors, hallways and many other facilities, the building has a unique and breathtaking look. Mrs. Sorabon Tohura, the Principal shifted Playpen to its own campus in Bashundhara Residential Area on the 19th July 2018. With her sincere dedication and drive, Playpen continues its journey of 44 long years.

Oxfordshire Chinese Brush Painting Group (OCBPG) was set up about 6 years ago by a group of enthusiasts who wanted to learn more about this fascinating art form, and practise their developing skills together. The aim of the group is to promote Chinese Brush Painting in all its’ forms. We do this by meeting regularly, holding workshops, talks and visits and organising exhibitions of members’ work. In addition, we organise a programme of day workshops from experienced Chinese Brush Painting tutors throughout the year. In 2018 and 2019, we held one day Workshops, including one with the international artist, Qu Leilei, one of the original members of the Stars Art Movement in China in the 1970’s and 80’s. In 2018, we began exhibiting our work and have several exhibitions planned in the future. We hold regular monthly meetings on the fourth Thursday of the month from 1pm to 4pm in the excellent facilities of Stanton Harcourt Village Hall. Here, you can get support from friendly like-minded people, borrow books from our excellent Library, and, we are beginning to stock some basic Chinese Art Supplies for members to buy at cost. We are a warm and welcoming community and you are more than welcome to contact us if you would like to try out this beautiful art form, or if you are a more experienced painter and want to share your skills and learning with others
