As a student, I was a regular gym goer and soon noticed that small changes to my exercise routine and diet had a huge impact on other areas of my life, my mental health and my music. My desire to train others, educate them on the benefits of exercise and small lifestyle changes and spread my positive message has only grown since. It's so easy to become lost in the sea of filtered and edited perfection, but I strive to find a place of realness, honesty and positivity through nourishing my body, and my soul. After having a successful career in the Musical Theatre industry, I wanted to pass on my knowledge of, and passion for, the performing arts to children in the London area. As a result I founded ‘Take Flight Theatre School’ in 2011 and we have been successfully running our classes for children aged 4-18 years, offering fun after school clubs, ever since. In 2015, Leanne Panni joined the company as Business Manager and Co-Director, and together we have been working on our re-launch as ‘Take Flight Academy of Performing Arts’ and the start of our exciting new Saturday School, opening September 2016. Here we offer a more disciplined and thorough routine for children and young people who have a real passion for performing. These new in-depth classes allow the students to focus on their ‘triple threat’ skills of singing, dancing and acting, encouraging them to become strong, all round performers. Our classes are designed to cater for each students individual needs and abilities, ensuring that everyone gets the most out of their experience. Not only will our students receive the best technical training possible but they will also build key life skills, including creativity and confidence.

I started my yoga journey whilst living in Australia and quickly realised how much it improved my well-being, fitness and flexibility! I returned back to my home town in 2019 and decided to dive in to my teacher training. I completed my 200hr Vinyasa flow teacher training at Frog Lotus International at the beautiful Suryalila in Southern Spain. Equip Training became a limited company in 2016 under the name of Equip Training Associates Ltd. The founders, Dennis Hylton and Steve Garrod, first met when Dennis, then working as an external verifier, made a routine visit to a training establishment where Steve was head of driver-training. That was the start of a successful five year working relationship. They eventually realised that between them they had a combined 30 years of teaching and assessing experience in vocational training, so the logical step was to set up their own training company. Initially, the company was set up in Steve’s name, Steve Garrod Training Ltd, in 2012 as Steve’s name was well-known within the driver-training industry, but with Dennis’ expertise and infectious enthusiasm for teaching, referrals and enquiries came in from prospective customers from outside the industry, so the decision was made to change the company’s name as it was no longer ‘all about Steve!’ Equip Training provided Dennis and Steve with the perfect vehicle to offer clients from all walks of life the support and guidance they need to successfully achieve nationally recognised teaching and assessing qualifications.

An integral part of the ACOP’s requirements for the control of legionella bacteria is the need to undertake regular monitoring and checks on the systems to ensure that they are operating within the guideline parameters. Regular and routine checks such weekly flushing of infrequently used outlets, sentinel temperature monitoring, shower head descale and disinfection, maintenance and serving of thermostatic mixing valves and system inspections are required to ensure compliance with current regulations and guidelines. By using the information gained during the legionella risk assessment process, Coral can design a bespoke monitoring and testing regime based upon the guideline parameters laid out in ACOP L8. The frequency of inspection and maintenance will depend on the system and the risks it presents. All the inspections and measurements should be recorded. A site-specific water hygiene log book can then be instigated which can be used to record and collate all of the information relating to water hygiene. The upkeep of this log book will ensure your total compliance with current legislation and guidance. We have a bespoke online job management system which allows our clients 24/7 real time access to their records for inspection, recording and auditing purposes.

Both Evren and Sabrina come from competitive and international corporate backgrounds in Law and Finance. Despite the challenging work environment over the years they managed to keep themselves in balance thanks to their mutual passion which is wellness. While Sabrina adamantly took the necessary steps to become a Pilates teacher and a qualified Personal Trainer, Evren spent a relentless 500 Hours to become not only a Yoga instructor but a trainer for Yoga instructors. Having always valued the role of movement and exercise, Evren and Sabrina set out to deepen their understanding of a true wellbeing concept. Creating a well-balanced routine of intensive physical training and peaceful mindfulness sessions, Sabrina and Evren optimised their own skill sets. If you love Latin music and moving around, need to get fit, want to lose some weight or shift the baby bulge :-) come and try Zumba with me :-) My love for Zumba came after I had my first child and was ready to get my health back. In other words, I needed to lose quite a few pounds :-) I attended my first Zumba class 13 years ago. I was hooked immediately. I became an instructor in 2011 and have been teaching since. Zumba helped me find a way to exercise and actually enjoy it! I have met so many fantastic people through Zumba. I love that Zumba appeals to so many different ages and abilities. My favourite part is seeing the smile on the participant's faces and seeing them leave the class with a boost of confidence! So?... Whatever your goal is with Zumba you'll achieve it! Why? Because Zumba is addictive once you start you want more ;-) and when you stick to something you'll get results. You don't even have to know how to dance. It's easy! Just feel the Latin rhythms and follow the moves and you will love it and get hooked, just like I did :-) My classes are for all ages, levels and abilities. I am offering you a routine that's fun, easy to follow and gives results. After an hour of fun, you will be sweaty :-) and feeling fantastic, leaving a class with a smile! Have you heard of Zumba Gold? Zumba Gold Class is such a joyful experience :) Who is it for? Zumba Gold participants are active older adults, beginner participants and anyone else that for whatever reason doesn’t feel up to participating in a regular Zumba class but still loves to dance. I have participants in Zumba Gold that also attend regular Zumba classes but like to supplement regular Zumba with the low-impact Zumba Gold once a week. They find in Zumba Gold they have more time to work on perfecting their footwork, and more time to enjoy the music. I am a passionate Zumba Kids Instructor too. Kids are awesome, their curiosity for new rhythms and endless energy make me proud to be a part of their physical development as well as witness their passion for music and dancing.
