EFT Tapping, otherwise known as EFT or Emotional Freedom Techniques, is based upon the EFT that is used in the EFT scientific research, so you know the results will be reliable. This form of EFT includes the tapping points, an integral part of the EFT that is known and loved by so many tappers. Everyone deserves to have EFT Tapping available to them. The Energy Practitioners Association aims to bring EFT Tapping to the mainstream in the UK. This can only be done by approval from both the health and education departments. Many other modalities have already achieved this, such as the Energy modality of Reiki, now not only recognised but also supported by many insurance schemes and company wellness schemes. When you learn an EFT course as a practitioner, you want proper recognition. This is our mission with EFT Tapping in the UK. Our vision is to spread EFT Tapping far and wide, in a way that is accepted at all levels. When you do an EFT course with an Energy Practitioners Association trainer, you get the training that you need to be recognised once the recognition process is complete. This costs an initial 16000, and we are working hard at raising it. With every membership fee, we get closer to this goal. Every step along the way matters. And you matter. Which is why we exist. To serve you and those you care for. We don’t keep changing what EFT entails, we don’t do cheap recorded online practitioner courses (a good course includes watching you grow and develop with EFT in class, do EFT on others, and proper supervision), and we don’t cut corners. Our studio offers the simplicity of alignment based yoga in an environment devoted to our community. We are a welcoming group providing the space for our students to make connections to body, mind and spirit. Our mission is to make yoga more accessible to everyone and to find laughter in our devotion. We have classes 7 days a week and offer ongoing beginner series for students wanting to learn more about yoga. Class Descriptions Vinyasa Flow : Vinyasa is a movement based class. Yoga postures are connected with the breath in a creative and flowing sequence. The classes are deigned to strengthen balance, awareness, flexibility and range of motion. City of Aberdeen Gymnastics was first developed in 2007 and officially formed in 2010, by the amalgamations of Bon Accord Gymnastics Club which was set up in 1992 and Granitehill Gymnastics Club which was set up in 2001, making it not only one of the largest but also the longest established and most successful club in Aberdeen City. The club has worked hard to reach this success with collectively over 500 years gymnastics experience within its work force. The Club and all its members are registered with our Governing bodies. Over the years, the Club has had great success at local level through to National level gymnastics. The club is made up of several disciplines of gymnastics and is open to all levels and genders. Our major work force of Coaches, Judges and Committee are made up of highly motivated and dedicated volunteers who continue to give up their time to promote the sport for all. Our Team are all registered through British and Scottish Gymnastics, holding current Safeguarding and are PVG Checked. Coaches and judges are trained to a high standard holding qualifications through British Gymnastics structure, from our Assistant coaches and Club judges through to our High performance coaches and National judges. 2014 saw the Club successfully gain Excellence in Grampian Sports Clubs CLUBCAP, and was awarded Enhanced Accreditation. 2015 saw a partnership form with Sport Aberdeen. The success of which has been very exciting for the club and it continues to grow. We also boast that at present we have 3 generations of the same family coaching within our structure.

Ambrogio McClintock – RICEY – is the unique mix of Italian and Scottish giving you an extremely passionate and unforgettable instructor whose love and passion for skiing is infectious. His ability to connect with all levels and ages of learners makes each lesson an individual and magical experience. Ricey has over 20 years teaching experience, and is qualified to the highest level (BASI International Ski Teacher Diploma – I.S.T.D). He has taught in a number of countries from Scotland to Spain, Italy to France, New Zealand to Switzerland, and beyond, and in 2004 settled in Morzine where he has been teaching since. Ricey’s passion for teaching has lead him down a number of development paths to ensure that he is the best teacher he can be. He spends the Autumn coaching ski instructors for the European Speed Test (Giant Slalom), in Saas Fee with JJC Training. As well as ski coaching he is the resident psychological coach preparing the athletes and helping them to clear their minds, focus and realise their full potential. He is a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming after developing an interest in the psychological aspect of learning & performing early on in his ski teaching career. Ricey uses a number of methods in his day to day ski teaching and coaching. He takes great interest and pleasure in seeing the transformation of clients and helping them reach places they didn’t think possible.
