After spending schoolboy years at Luton Town FC and Cambridge United FC, Paul Warnecki advanced quickly into senior football, making his debut aged just sixteen years old for Buckingham town in the early 1980s. After a couple of seasons Paul gained a highly regarded reputation as one of the best goalkeeper’s playing at semi-professional level playing for many clubs ranging from Kettering town, Rushden and Diamonds and Baldock town. Paul took a break to develop outside business interests in the late 1990s but continued to play for various clubs in the region -even winning the berks and bucks county cup with Newport Pagnell at the grand old age of 44 and continues to play actively to this day, so he has certainly been there done it and worn the goalkeeping gloves! It was Paul's desire to coach the next generation of goalkeepers that lead him to set up his own goalkeeper schools in 2014 through the Just4Keepers franchise. Paul is now FA level 2 qualified and lead goalkeeper coach for Bedfordshire FA. He is a member of the FA licensed coaches club and is CRB/DBS checked (DBS number: 1584451434) with all the relevant safety certificates. (fan number: 611720). Now with over 10 regular venues for group coaching throughout Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire, as well as numerous individual sessions for teams and clubs throughout the region, Paul has launched Goalkeeper Warz. Goalkeeper Warz have a few other coaches, carefully chosen and selected for their expertise and coaching styles to assist at our various venues. Like many people, I was driven from a young age by a need for success, approval and security. It’s one of the reasons that I went to Cambridge to study natural sciences. My career in law was another way to achieve these aspirations. My law career was successful. I enjoyed it, for a time. I became an equity partner and the head of intellectual property and technology. I was on the board of a global top 20 law firm in London. It took me falling ill with heart disease at 37 to realise that I wasn’t working towards my true purpose. My illness was shocking. How could I, an athletic young woman, get this disease more common in older men? It made me question my identity. I began a process of training, self-discovery and learning that took me all over the world. I learned from some of the greatest teachers in coaching and self-transformation today. I realised that my thought processes and my attitude to work were not healthy. There were also many aspects of my work environment that were toxic for me. I couldn’t continue living a life that I didn’t believe in. It was time to make a significant change. I created Rachel Boothroyd Training and Coaching because I wanted to help people and businesses flourish in a sustainable, healthy way. I wanted to provide experiential training, to create motivated and engaged people, who would go on to achieve greater things for themselves and the businesses they worked for. Who could do this in a sustainable way, in workplaces with healthy cultures, with open communication, purpose and, yes, even fun. I am a heart ambassador for the British Heart Foundation and speak at events and in the media to raise heart health awareness.

Applicants for a Goods Vehicle Operator’s Licence or Passenger Carrying Vehicle Operator Licence must show that they are ‘professionally competent’ or that they employ a transport manager who meets the requirements. Someone will be considered ‘professionally competent’ when they have passed the examination for the Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) conducted on behalf of the Department for Transport (DfT). Transport Manager CPC as a qualification is a legal requirement in the LGV and PCV industry of the operator licensing system for both Standard National and International licences. Lancashire Digital was founded in 2004 by Greg and Len Adam as a dedicated educational software team. All of the inital staff were hand-picked for their experience working in the education sector. Throughout the next 10 years, Lancashire Digital went from strength to strength, working with education industry leaders including Pearson Education, Promethean and Cambridge University Press. With a strong internal philosophy and clear strategy and leadership from Managing Director, Greg Adam, the team has grown and continues to grow. In 2006 the company decided to widen their focus, although keeping a strong educational slant, working with training providers to create e-learning training materials for corporates, government agencies and more. In 2010 however, Greg realised that the days of Flash as the main delivery mechanism for e-learning were numberered and the internal team started their transition to development using HTML5. This foresight proved to be revolutionary for the company, as Lancashire Digital developers were upskilled to HTML5 well ahead of the curve. This put them in a strong position to win work for both new development using HTML5, but given the cross-skills of the team, a large quantity of Flash to HTML5 conversion projects were undertaken. Today sees the team as a well-seasoned group of HTML5 developers with a strong background in Flash development, along with back-end specialist developers for our platforms projects. Peter Reznikov has dedicated his entire professional life to excellence in education. After graduating from Moscow State Linguistic University in 1991, he was invited to work in the UK as a teacher of Russian and in the same year he opened his educational consultancy PRINCE (Peter Reznikov International Centre for Education) which, for more than 25 years, has been helping children from all over the world gain access to the UK’s leading private schools, colleges and universities. Throughout his 25 year career in British education, Peter has taught in various private and state schools teaching both boys and girls. In 1998 he became the Head of the Russian Department at Eton College, the first Russian national to do so in the prestigious school’s 575 year history. In his 17 years at the helm of the Russian department at Eton (1998-2015) the number of students studying Russian rose from just 13 to 130. More than 50 of them successfully gained a place at Oxford and Cambridge Universities, as well as other leading Universities in the UK, USA, France, Holland and Germany. Peter also worked for the London Examination Board (currently EDEXCEL) for over 10 years, starting as a script-marker and becoming a Principal Examiner setting papers and overseeing the marking teams, as well as monitoring the overall quality and comparability of the GCSE and A-level Russian examinations which are widely used in the UK and in British schools abroad. Peter is the author of a number of Russian teaching materials and articles on Russian language, literature and cinema. He has co-authored several Russian text-books which are widely used by teachers and students in the UK and abroad. He has made appearances on Russian and British television, Internet, radio and other mainstream media sources on a variety of educational issues. He actively follows the rapidly-changing world of educational thinking and policy, regularly visits different schools, colleges and Universities in the United Kingdom and other countries and his PRINCE continues to provide educational services to people from over 20 countries.
