It doesn&#39;t need to be perfect, but you need to know what you&#39;re doing and have the tools to reflect and improve upon it during your self-practice.&nbsp;<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;"><li style="font-size: 16px; box-sizing: border-box;" fr-original-style="font-size: 16px;">If you are not familiar with this, or the other shadow yoga forms, please start with Yoga Module 1. </li></ul></li><li style="font-size: 16px; box-sizing: border-box;" fr-original-style="font-size: 16px;">An&nbsp;individualised āsana vinyāsa (postures linked together in a sequence) will be given according to the students level of experience</li><li style="font-size: 16px; box-sizing: border-box;" fr-original-style="font-size: 16px;">Several simple mantras will be given to help focus the mind inward, whilst preparing for future modules that involve more subtle levels of practice</li><li style="font-size: 16px; box-sizing: border-box;" fr-original-style="font-size: 16px;">One class will focus on rudimentary-level Sanskrit pronunciation. The module will commence with a focus on the 3rd prelude form; Kartikkeya Mandalam, ensuring there is a steady foundation upon which to proceed. An individualised āsana vinyāsa (postures linked together in a sequence) will be given according to the students level of experience

Throughout the 16 modules you will learn the benefits to this style of doodling, learn how to use the patterns in different&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; templates, how to make tessellation and mandalas to take your doodling further to get your creating juices flowing.
