Ocean Sports Jetski is a branch of RYA training school, Ocean Sports Tuition. With over 16 years’ experience of teaching RYA courses, our primary aim is to meet your individual needs and enable you to develop the skills you want to. Whether you are completely new to jet skiing and want to learn the basics, or are an experienced jet skier and want to get qualified as an instructor, Ocean Sports can meet your PWC training needs. We have also recently launched the Southampton Jetski Club, which gives jetski enthusiasts the opportunity to access regular sessions out on the Solent, without the costs and hassle associated with buying your own jetski.

Please read further into the Course description to see how many days the Course is run over. Aboard Boat Coaching is our business name under which we are a recognised Training Centre with the Royal Yachting Association (RYA). Our operating base is at Premier Universal Marina, Sarisbury Green, where we have 2 separate classrooms, this is our only RYA training venue, located on the lovely river Hamble. All our courses run from 9 or 9.30 till around 5 pm unless otherwise stated in joining instructions. All our courses have maximum numbers which are displayed in each of the course descriptions. We are still holding onto some Covid restrictions, especially for First Aid Courses.

InshoreTraining (Established 1998) Inshore Training was established and recognised as an RYA training centre in 1998 and since that time has provided training to over 350 students with over 150 satisfied students returning to complete further courses with us in Navigation and Marine radio. We offer RYA Shorebased Courses in a variety of forms to suit the needs of the students, Nightschool, Weekend Courses, One to One or Group Packages, Courses tailored to suit students individual requirements. So if you need to avoid clashes with sailing, diving or working then discuss your needs with us so we can put together a suitable programme with you. As a family club, our philosophy is to make sailing available to all. Racing will be competitive and fun, providing entertainment and challenge across the field. Our racing credentials are well established and LESC is a highly sought after venue on the Traveller circuit with an excellent reputation for race management and organisation. And for those new to sailing, LESC has been an RYA Training Centre since and offers both adult and junior RYA dinghy, keelboat, and powerboat courses. Sailing is open to anyone, no matter what age or ability. You don't need to be able-bodied, or even a strong swimmer. Our sailability section seeks to raise awareness in the disability community of the tremendous benefits that sailing can provide and aims to help people with a disability get on the water at Loch Earn. We also use the IOCA class association Optimist or Oppy, the children's sailing dinghy, to support our youngest juniors in sessions on various Sunday mornings during the summer months to provide a more informal and practical introduction to sailing and racing in particular. Older children move on to the Topper dinghy. It's difficult to provide an age-based guidelines for these groups: with attitude and water-confidence the main attributes needed to enjoy dinghy sailing; some are ready to start as young as five, others will enjoy the fishing, swimming, camping, and all the other benefits of our family club!

Nomad Sailing is owned and run by Jim Barden and his sister Lou. We have a practical bases in Gosport and shorebased classrooms in London and the South-East. Nomad was established in 2008, and after obtaining RYA Recognised Training Centre (RTC) status has provided shorebased RYA training courses in various locations in London and the South East. We aim to give sailors and prospective sailors the opportunity to learn and refine all the navigation skills needed on the water, a thorough grounding in the 'rules of the road', detailed knowledge of buoyage, lights and shapes and an understanding of safety at sea, all in the comfort of the classroom. Nomad 1 is Nomad Sailing's first boat. We have spent a great deal of time making her a fabulous training boat and felt she deserved a full page - so please take a look at Nomad 1. In 2018, Menai III joined the fleet, another Sun Fast 37 and fully equipped for training and longer passages. As well as providing scheduled courses throughout the year, Nomad Sailing also delivers bespoke theory training to small groups in homes, offices, clubs and workshops ! In 2019, we also took over the managment of one of the Solent's longest established yacht charter companies - Solent Yacht Charter. Along with a fleet of yachts for bareboat or skippered charter, Solent Yacht Charter can also provide bespoke skippered charters on larger motor cruisers and a Thames Barge!

The North Wales Cruising Club was founded in 1928 for yachtsmen and boat owners who enjoy sailing to the beautiful anchorages and marinas of Anglesey and the Irish Sea. On the water events are arranged throughout the year, including weekend trips to the Menai Strait and around Anglesey as well as longer trips which take advantage of the expansive sailing area to the Isle of Man, Ireland and the West Coast of Scotland. We offer classroom and online RYA training courses at very competitive rates which are cheaper than many of the sailing schools in the area. The Club has its own launch for ferrying members, crew and visitors to and from boats on Conwy River swinging moorings, pontoons, and the marinas at Conwy and Deganwy.
