I am also a certified NLP practitioner and British Psychological Society (Level B) psychometric testing assessor. I am an annually re-accredited coach supervisor with CSAcademy and member of the Association for Coaching and adhere to its professional standards and ethics.

A similar education in another Swiss hotel management school would require 24 months of studying plus a 12-month internship period. Dr Steve MacGillivray is an experienced Health Services Researcher and Systematic Reviewer with a background in Psychology and a PhD in Health Services Research obtained within the Medical School University of Dundee. In the past he has worked in Departments of Psychiatry, Epidemiology and Public Health, Mother and Child Health and currently he works part-time as an Associate Professor in a School of Health Sciences. He has particular expertise in conducting meta-analyses of randomized controlled trials (particularly Cochrane Reviews), meta-syntheses of qualitative studies and rapid evidence reviews for policy. In his career he has led international teams to conduct systematic reviews across a wide range of topics. He has been successful in collaborating with local, national and international partners to receive research funding of over £6 million to support research activity. In his academic career he has secured research funding from the following bodies: World Health Organisation (WHO); UK Government; Scottish Government; Department of Health Policy Research; Department for International Development (DfID); Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC); National Institute for Health Research (NIHR); National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE); Chief Scientist Office (CSO); Scottish Funding Council (SFC); National Health Service (NHS); NHS Quality Improvement Scotland; Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC); NHS Education for Scotland. He is passionate about providing the best quality evidence to support policy and practice, and in providing training and support to anyone who needs to conduct, interpret or use systematic reviews. He is a former lecturer at the London School of Accountancy and has had extensive experience locally in both the public and private sectors. Keith played an integral role in the evolution of the tax administration system in The Bahamas. Keith formerly headed the Department of Inland Revenue’s office in Grand Bahama, having joined the Value-Added Tax Implementation Project as a consultant in April 2014. He served as the Director of Tax Policy with the Department of Inland Revenue in New Providence from September 2017 until November 2021. Considered by many as the premier authority on taxation in The Bahamas in general and Value Added Tax in particular, Keith was instrumental in interpreting and applying tax laws and policy, participating in negotiations with major investors and taxpayers. In addition to his accounting qualifications, Keith holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree and completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal practice (GDLP) from the Australian National University in Canberra.
