We Coach, You Grow

we coach, you grow

We Coach, You Grow Committed to helping you build your business We Coach, You Grow was founded to provide businesses – from startups to established companies – with top-quality coaching. With our support, you’ll be able to deliver the growth that you know you can achieve. We’ll be with you every step of the way, always at an affordable price. What clients have said: Start Up founder: “Coaching with We Coach You Grow was an incredibly valuable support to develop my business according to my personal values and resources. Without feeling formulaic, each session provided insights and action points helping to make progress until the next meeting – or finding the reasons why progress was being held up. The coaching felt well balanced between personal as well as business related aspects.” Leader at large bank: “Thanks so much for yesterday, Chris. I walked into that 13:30 meeting and nailed it.” Entrepreneur: “I’d like to thank We Coach You Grow for their support whilst setting up my business and trying to gain traction. Owning a start-up can be very hectic, with little structure, and Chris the coach helped me to plan out my days and weeks more systematically, and gave me very helpful advice on how not to drown in the sea of responsibilities that come with starting one’s own business. He was also a great listener, not just when it came to business, but also personal life issues that impeded business success. I recently was able to complete an investment round into the business, and that’s in no small part to Chris’s help – he would suggest role playing exercises to help me overcome my mental blockers when it came to 1 on 1 pitching, and practising this with him really put me in great shape when it came to the real thing. I’d thoroughly recommend Chris as a coach – thank you for everything.”

A sophisticated society cannot teach everything it knows to everyone. It has to reach consensus on what are the fundamentally important things which all should know, and what can belong to later specialist teaching. There has to be a selection and the beliefs and values of the society will set the agenda. A secular society will inevitably make choices and promote knowledge according to its current understanding of what its people require to be successful and its definition of ‘success’ will change according to circumstances. However, a successful secular education will produce a generation with a secular way of looking at the world. A Christian society endeavours to live according to its understanding of what God requires. Its definition of success is primarily related to how far it is able to live according to those high standards. Its idea of a successful education will be one which produces young people with a Christian worldview. A Christian School is one which starts history with creation and man’s responsibility for what went wrong; one whose mandate is from Philippians 4:8: “whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report;…think on these things;” one which celebrates learning, promotes understanding, and encourages wisdom, not merely the application of little-understood formulae to new situations. Christian Education should provide a whole package for the whole person and lead to success academically, spiritually, physically, emotionally, socially, and even economically. It should result in people who are able to contribute in works of service to the church and to the world. They should be able to spread the gospel and take their place in church and civil life. It should produce fully educated leaders, people who can think originally and creatively and be able to stand up for God’s kingdom in a corrupted world.

Gymtopia North East Gymnastics Club

gymtopia north east gymnastics club

Newcastle

Gymtopia North East Gymnastics Club opened on the 18th November 2014 and first began in both Kenton School sports hall and Wallbottle School sports hall with 3 gymnasts and 2 coaches; one of them being head coach and director Felicity Brown. Felicity had always dreamed of opening her own club to cater for the local community and beyond, giving the potential for participants from all backgrounds to enjoy the sport of Gymnastics. Gymtopia quickly expanded to include multiple classes and in April 2017 opened in its own premises in Brunswick, Newcastle to accommodate the growing number of gymnasts in the club. Gymtopia is fully affiliated with British Gymnastics. Gymtopia now houses over 500+ Gymnasts from Grassroots to national level and hopefully in the future compulsory elite. Beyond this, Gymtopia has 12 recreational classes per week and has developed a growing preschool section to encourage any future gymnasts and increase participation levels from an earlier age. Gymtopia aims to provide opportunities for all, including recreational, competitive and coaching opportunities. Gymtopia believes that sporting participation has great value in the lives of all, beyond the sport. Gymnastics teaches hard work, determination, teamwork and discipline. It is with this work ethic that has enabled Gymtopia to have gymnasts compete all over the country since its opening in 2014, including representing the North of England region at National Finals multiple times. In 2018, Gymtopia also expanded to International competition, competing in Malta. The gymnastics club offers a range of disciplines including recreation, preschool, women’s artistic, women’s general, men’s general and Teamgym. Gymtopia aims to give back to all its members and so Felicity has created the club to be a non-profit community club, all proceeds are invested back into the club for future expansions, increased participation and gymnast development. Gymtopia is currently in the process of becoming a CASC (Community Amateur Sports Club) in order to support our core values of being a non-profit club and catering to the wider community.

El-iman School

In USA, education is the right of every child and the Government has set up schools to ensure that right is fulfilled. However, they cater to the secular needs only, whereas a human being is both a temporal and spiritual creation and needs abound in both these aspects of the human being. Hence Al-Iman School has taken it upon itself to provide a balanced education that caters to both the needs: secular and spiritual. Parents who feel the need to train their children for the Here and The Hereafter send their children to Al-Iman to ensure that not only academically but morally and spiritually their children attain the ‘whole’ (secular) and ‘holy (religious) values. The School is accredited by the New York City and the New York State Board of Education. INCEPTION AND GROWTH On the orders of Ayatollah al-Khoei, Al-Iman School in New York opened its doors to four children in September 1990; with that it started an evolutionary process that, within four years, resulted in the first fully fledged Pre K-12 Islamic school in North America. The growth from Kindergarten to Grade School to Junior High to High School can only be described as phenomenal. Every year, between 1990-1994 several grades were added simultaneously as applications poured in, pregnant mothers registered their children and waiting lists grew by the day. In September 1994, Al-Iman School added the high school component and in 1998 the first class of seniors – a historic moment – graduated to go to various reputable universities and colleges such as Stony Brook, St John’s, Columbia, New York University, Baruch etc. in the country. Since 1994, many an Al-Iman Junior High School students sat for and aced the Specialized Entry Examinations to High Schools and Academies. Al-Iman alumni can be seen inter alia, in medical colleges, nursing colleges, law schools and institutions of higher learning and repute.
