We are looking for a passionate, creative, innovative, adaptable, motivated and
committed Service Manager to lead a variety of projects within a portfolio
working with adults. Services may include psychoeducation projects, peer support
projects, hoarding projects and other new services acquired. You will manage a
team of 6-7 staff and volunteers. As a Service Manager you will be responsible
for managing a portfolio of services and staff who deliver those services as
well as volunteers. Your primary role will be to support staff to deliver
projects, ensure all projects meet internal and external KPIs, ensure projects
evolve and improve whilst demonstrating impact and engagement with external
stakeholders.
