Rachel New has been a dating and relationships coach and educator in London, UK,
for nine years. Drawing on her experience in research in social psychology at
the University of Oxford, Rachel has a very evidence-based approach, using
published scientific research to inform her advice. She encourages healthy,
ethical, and mindful dating – treating others well and looking after yourself
and using a mindful approach.
