We believe education and technology together can help people to take control of
their money. As the founding financial wellbeing provider, we continue to
innovate, evolving our team and technology to create brighter financial futures
for everyone, everywhere. nudge was founded by Jeremy Beament and Tim Perkins.
From 2001 to 2013, they helped hundreds of thousands of people in many of the
world’s leading organizations to understand their reward packages. In that time,
they discovered that very few understood their packages, and they had a more
fundamental need. People need to be in control of their finances such as their
savings, debts, bills, tax, mortgages and family commitments. Regardless of
their age, wealth or confidence, people need a trusted partner to help them get
on top of their personal finances to bring better financial wellbeing. And there
simply wasn’t one. That gave them an idea. In 2013, that idea became nudge. Our
team is united by a shared purpose to create brighter financial futures for
everyone, everywhere. We are passionate about our values, the guiding principles
for how we support the financial wellbeing of our global community of over 1.5
