All courses are kept intimate with a maximum of 6 learners to a class. The main difference between the two methods lies in their approach and purpose. Vodder MLD is a clinical treatment that focuses on the manual stimulation of the lymph nodes, combining slow, circular, and scoop-like motions to move the lymphatic fluid towards the larger lymphatic vessels for proper drainage and filtration. Vodder MLD is commonly used to treat conditions such as lymphedema. Brazilian MLD is primarily designed for cosmetic purposes and is performed to enhance the appearance of the skin and reduce water retention in the body.
