We are a thriving school with a Foundation Unit, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, catering for approximately 350 pupils, aged 3+ to 11+. Weston Mill has a community spirit and the school upholds a family ethos, encouraging pupils to support each other in all aspects of life. Our academic results are either in-line or above those nationally, and the progress for the pupils attending our school make significantly more progress than those across the country. Welcome to Zumba® Fitness Cheadle Hulme and Poynton, fun classes to learn Zumba®, meet new people, lose weight, get fit, tone up and all whilst having a great time! I have danced all my life, qualifying to teach Ballet, Tap and Modern with the N.A.T.D. However, through traveling, I never got the opportunity to settle down and set up my own dance studio. Nevertheless, I always found a local dance class and joined in. As time passed, sadly I have found there are less dance classes available for adults. Then I joined Anne Hill's Zumba® Fitness class and found a dance based exercise I loved! I enjoyed it so much, the music, the easy to follow steps (and with the encouragement of Anne), I decided to join the ZIN™ party and now I am B1, Pro Skills and Zumba® Gold qualified instructor. ZIN™. Further qualifications in the pipeline. I run 5 classes a week: 3 (at The Methodist Church, Ramillies Avenue, Cheadle Hulme) Tuesdays Zumba® Fitness at 10:00am and 6:15pm and Thursdays (Zumba Gold®) mornings at 10:00am. 1 class (Civic Hall, Park Lane, Poynton) Tuesdays (Zumba Gold®) at 11:30am 1 class (the Hockley Centre, 307 Park Road, Poynton) Wednesdays (Zumba Gold®) at 10:00am. Due to the Pandemic Booking are currently required. All age groups are welcome, classes give a great workout and are fun & friendly.

EuCAN is a Community Interest Company (CIC) working in the UK and other countries of Europe to involve more people and communities in the conservation management of their local environment, by providing training and practical experience for young graduates, potential volunteers and therapeutic groups, in nature conservation and in sustainable land management and food production enterprises. EuCAN CIC started life in 2007 as the European Conservation Action Network, a project linked to The Kingcombe Centre in west Dorset, and funded entirely by the Leonardo da Vinci strand of the EU Lifelong Learning Programme. Since 2007, The European Conservation Action Network has set up 23 different two-week placements and enabled nearly 300 volunteers to visit 11 partner organisations in the EU. In 2011, when The Kingcombe Trust was wound up, EuCAN became established as an independent Community Interest Company through which, in addition to promoting placements with our other EU partners, we have organised several conservation projects in Dorset and Somerset, are undertaking an increasing number of habitat management contracts using professionals and trainees working together, and have run training courses each year in botanical and lepidoptera identification and ecology, bumblebee conservation and id and other subjects. The CIC now acts as a hub for the wide network of volunteers, organisations and other contacts that EuCAN has cultivated since 2007. About Be The Change Be The Change is an award winning youth organisation based in Bolton. Our name reflects our commitment to developing young people who are a positive force in their community, and bringing people together who represent Bolton in all its diversity. We started out delivering weekly football sessions, and our work has expanded to include a range of sports and arts programmes, knife crime prevention workshops and mentoring activity. Just another WordPress siteIn 2003 Laura & George Molloy set up Swimbabes, a company dedicated to teaching babies to swim. It was a decision they made after joining Aquababies in Manchester with their son Joshua were the benefits for both Josh and Mum and Dad where clear to see. In fact Laura & George loved the swimming lessons so much that they both decided to train as baby swim instructors and in 2003 took the leap and set up Swimbabes just after the birth of their second child, Eve. Laura states: “Giving up a job that I had done for years was scary but I knew I needed to make changes in my life… Swimming had been so rewarding for Joshua I decided to challenge myself and set up my own business, and I am so glad I did”. In October 2003 Swimbabes ran their first sessions at the Trinity Hydro pool in Huddersfield with just 11 little swimmers, extending later that year to run classes in Sheffield too with over 150 swimmers by the following summer. The business continued to grow and in 2005 opened the Swimbabes shop to sell lots of the items that were used in the lessons. In 2007 Swimbabes looked to extend its team with our Office Managers joining and continued to extend Swimbabes, adding our Swimstars programme in 2014. Swimbabes now operate across Yorkshire and North Derbyshire with over 1800 little swimmers attending classes each week.

A bespoke twelve-week resilience and anger management programme, for your school. Sessions can be devised to meet your cohort requirements. Our programme supports Y5 & Y6, students who form part of your ‘hard to reach’ cohort, who without preventative intervention may struggle with transition into Y7 and may become at risk of permanent exclusion. Our programme can be tailored for Y7 students to support them further, post transition. Furthermore, we can adapt our programme to engage with vulnerable students who are low in confidence, self esteem and social skills. Week 1 is an introduction to the course to students. Weeks 2 -11 is; A one-hour period of Taekwondo, teaching students the importance of self-discipline and respect, whilst improving self-esteem, confidence and team working skills. A one-hour classroom-based session covering: mental health; mindfulness; sleep hygiene; relaxation & calming techniques; health and well-being; resilience and positive mental attitude. We can also deliver lessons exploring how to be a model citizen, and how to avoid becoming drawn into contemporary youth crime such as: anti-social behaviour; bullying; truancy; knife crime; gangs and substance misuse. We will also deliver lessons covering; parent abuse; internet safety; personal safety; child sexual exploitation (if the school deems appropriate); crime & consequences; and domestic violence. I’m a writer and teacher and I’ve been sharing my heart online since 2006. I’m the author of This I Know: Notes on Unraveling the Heart and my mission is to help people access their creative joy and nurture a deeper relationship with themselves. Words have been at the centre of my world for as long as I can remember. I started writing a diary aged 11 and grew not only a life-long journaling practice but also an unending curiosity about my place in the world. Studying photography at art school followed by a degree in journalism lead to me working as a journalist for many years, but the truth is my life, as I now know it, began in the spring of 2005 when the man I loved died very suddenly from a heart attack — everything I thought I knew about life changed in that instant. Walking through the fire of bereavement is how I truly came to inhabit every part of who I am, the shadows as well as the light. In 2006 I started writing a blog and being able to share my thoughts and feelings online was incredibly empowering, my way of getting back out there from the safety of my living room. Blogging helped reopen the door to my creativity, connecting me to other souls around the world as I found my way back to what was meaningful for me.
