Welcome to 4wellbeing, my website to show you the complementary therapies I offer to encourage you to gain a greater sense of wellbeing. I am able to offer Hatha Yoga classes, 121 Yoga sessions and Yoga Therapy, Mindfulness classes and a light touch therapy called the Bowen Technique. I am an experienced practitioner, qualifying as a homeopath 20 years ago, adding the Bowen Technique to my skills in 1999 and becoming a BWY yoga teacher in 2008 and have been practicing yoga for nearlly 30 years. I have just moved to Buxton in the High Peaks after having a successful practice in Kent based around Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells. I am able to offer yoga/mindfulness classes and Bowen Technique in Buxton, Glossop, Chapel en le Frith, and New Mills. I also like to offer these classes to charities supporting mental health, carers and young offenders, and work within schools teaching mindfulness.

SPACE 2 BE ME Making a difference to the lives of disabled children and their families We work across west Kent (mainly Maidstone, Tonbridge & Malling and Tunbridge Wells) with disabled children and young people with additional needs aged from birth to 25 and their families. We work in partnership with our member families to design all our activities and services so that they: Support disabled children – we run a range of clubs for different age groups from age 6 through to age 25. FIND OUT MORE. Support parents – we help parents feel supported through our family support work, training, support groups and workshops. FIND OUT MORE. Support the whole family – we help our families enjoy quality time together as well as having the opportunity to meet other families who are facing similar challenges. FIND OUT MORE. Through re-minding you of who you truly are, you become more confident as a person and more able to make any changes that you feel called or motivated to. This is powerful, for it is you who are recognising your needs and driving your results. Rather than any external force. True empowerment indeed! We all feel lost sometimes. I know it took me years to navigate my way back to who I am. Through that process and all the teaching and mentoring I have done since, I am suitably equipped to assist others on their own path. Like so many of us, the lessons and experiences that we have in this life enable us to help others. I am passionate about development. Knowing full well that without the experiences I have had to date I would not be the happy resilient individual that I am today, with a wealth of joie de vivre and a deep well of inner peace. A cunning combination! And one that I would not be without. It is therefore vitally important to me that I participate in ongoing professional development which supports all areas of my life. I am delighted to share different aspects of my knowledge, wisdom and experience through the different programs I offer, both online and in person and look forward to connecting with you very soon.
