This first aid course is ideal for primary and nursery school teachers, child minders and child careers. Learn how to manage emergency situations or minor everyday occurrences when looking after infants through to teenagers. Qualification meets the criteria defined for first aid training in the Early Years Foundation Stage Statutory Framework (EYFS) and Ofsted first aid requirements for registered childminders. It can also be used as evidence for employees working towards an NVQ in Childcare and Education. Learners must be at least 14 years old on the first day of training and be able to perform tasks at floor level.
