The day will provide clinical leaders with practical skills to enable them to undertake a root cause analysis and develop an action plan in order to improve quality and safety in their clinical setting.

This course will enable registered Nurses, Midwives and AHPs to effectively supervise pre-registration students in clinical placement.

This two day programme is designed to support participants to work through the technical steps and stages as well as the more practical realities of project management.
