Want a chill day with friends? Enjoy our Art Jamming workshop, paint and drinks! No stress. You don't have to be the Picasso. About the event During the art jamming workshop, you are free to paint with the provided materials. Some painting guidance will be provided if necessary. It’s a good time for you and your friends to gather and enjoy the painting in freestyle, chit-chat with drinks. - Each session is 1.5 hrs (within 2 hours). -You own your art piece after the workshop. -Soft drinks, Coffee, hot chocolate and tea are provided. -No experience is needed. The UKDA Advanced Machine Polishing (professional) Course is a day for those who would like to develop their technique further on all machine styles to produce the high-end, high-efficiency finish that is the marque of the most accomplished detailers. Taking cues from any existing experience, we will push the boundaries of your polishing abilities over the edge, running rotary DA and forced drives to their limit to give to the skills to drive up your efficiency and perfect paint like never before. The UKDA Advanced Machine Polishing (professional) Course is a 2 day for those who would like to develop their technique further on all machine styles to produce the high-end, high-efficiency finish that is the marque of the most accomplished detailers. Far from there being a consistent method - there are a number of subtle variations you can make to what would be termed a 'standard' technique which will speed up your process, enhance further your gloss extracting capabilities and make the right choice in machine based on paint types, conditions and ancillary equipment. On this day we will run through variables in speed and pad choices, show the differences ambient temperature and rebound can make to a job, explain the different approaches based on clear coat solids, look at how far you can push a painted surface, and much much more. The course is run over two full days (9.30 am - 4.30 pm) and picks up where both our introduction course and the Flexxpert Seminar leave off, so is also the perfect follow-up to those who have attended either course, in addition to those who want to learn all about machine polishing in every style. Alternatively, if you are machine polishing in your day-to-day work outside of detailing and feel you have scope to improve, or you keep coming up against small issues, this is the course for you. Course Details: • Assessment of vehicle exterior & interior inspection. • Cleaning, decontamination & preparatory work of the vehicle body: Washing processes, Pre-wash & snow foam, multi bucket methods, acids and alkalis, fallout removers and in-depth cleaning practices. • Cleaning, decontamination & preparatory work of alloy wheels. • Paintwork inspection using lighting techniques, depth gauges, and visual cues. Identifying areas of concern and how to address them. • Practical overview of machine polisher ranges and their usage. • Practical overview of various polishing compounds and pad combinations. • Paintwork and alloy wheel sealant protection options and application technique. • Glass cleansing and protection practical overview. • Detailing tips and tricks to give you the best results. A practical and participatory two-day introductory course for anyone wanting to develop a deeper relationship to ink and ochre. We will walk in the beautiful Ashdown Forest; we will reverently forage minerals and materials which we will transform - through various alchemical processes - into pigment, paint and ink. These endeavours will be accompanied by exercises in contemplative pattern construction and plein-air sketching.

Create your own Paper Mache Angel Workshop This workshop is all about getting creative using your hands and moulding these beautiful impressive wings which will be perfect to decorate your home! At this Two Day Workshop you learn how to create these amazing centre piece Paper Mache Angel Wings which are lit to make gorgeous ambient lights and wall art! Workshop is suitable for age 10 and upwards!  What's included: A basic shaped pair of wing, prepared for you to mould and Paper Mache with us. Embellishment, but it’s up to you what colour you paint them and what you embellish them with. We provide the paint, rhinestones and twinkling lights but it’s your choice how you personalise them...you can use flowers, feathers...just bring them along!
