This Level 1 qualification covers a range of skills and relevant supporting knowledge to help prepare students for applying numbers in business and working in a business environment. Students will also be equipped with the basic numerical skills needed in the workplace, such as decimals, percentages and fractions, and applying proportions and ratios. For the best chance of success, we recommend that students begin their studies with a good standard of English and maths. Course Content: Working in the business environment: This unit introduces students to the skills needed in the workplace, including the importance of teamwork, communication, effective time management and professional behaviour. They’ll also learn about some of the core finance processes linked to sales and purchase orders. Using numbers in business: Numeracy is an essential business skill. This unit will introduce students to the basic skills needed when working with numbers in a business environment, developing confidence and skills to use and apply numbers to a wide range of situations. Learning outcomes: • Perform simple business calculations. • Calculate decimals, fractions, percentage, proportions and ratios. • Use tools and techniques to present numerical data.

This course is aimed at people who are entering or are already working in the construction and civil engineering industry.

This IMI qualification is designed for technicians who maintain, diagnose and repair high and low voltage operating systems on electric/hybrid vehicles. It contains the skills and knowledge required to work safely around a vehicles high and low voltage train system, whilst carrying out repairs or maintenance. This course will also cover working safely around a vehicle that may have has damage to its high energy/electrical system.

The IRATA Level 1 is the entry level into the rope access industry. An IRATA Level 1 technician will be able to perform a range of rope access manoeuvres and have an understanding of the current legislation. An IRATA Level 1 is required to be supervised by an IRATA Level 3 technician.

This IRATA rope access course is for candidates who already have an IRATA Level 1 qualification, plus 1,000 hours of work on ropes, one year of experience from your previous Level 1 assessment and a Level 1 certificate that is still in date.

Electric Vehicle Technicians have had access to certified training at different levels of competency for a number of years, but this has not been the case for Vehicle Dismantling Technicians until now. Vehicle repairers have been taught how to diagnose faults on Electric or Hybrid vehicles, make them safe, repair or replace the high voltage component and then put the vehicle back together and make them work. Vehicle dismantlers need to know how to assess Electric and Hybrid vehicles, store them properly, make them safe and dismantle them, store the parts and ship them out for re-use, repurposing or recycling, so the accredited and certified training for vehicle repair technicians met some of the criteria for dismantling but not all. Electric Vehicle Dismantling Training raises the professional standards of the vehicle dismantling and recycling industry, provides consistent training standards across the world, helps develop knowledge and understanding, enables team members to grow their own abilities, and achieve accredited training.

The Greek Language Summer Camp is a great way for your child to greatly improve their Greek and have fun with other international children. Our program is for children aged 6-15 years and aims to develop children’s speaking skills and boost their confidence when speaking Greek. Young learners are usually faster to learn and grasp foreign languages, especially some aspects of languages like the pronunciation and new vocabulary.
