Child Protection Training for School Support StaffChildren are safer when everyone is Child Protection trained Before we started ChildSafeguarding.com, most child abuse prevention trainings in schools were written for English speaking, well-educated teachers. Those with more diverse learner profiles, specifically support staff such as security guards, cleaners, and bus drivers, did not have access to Child Protection training that met their needs. However, having all adults trained in Child Protection is critical to ensuring a school is Child Safe. In 2019, we came up with the idea to offer eLearning that met the needs of all learners while aligning to global Safeguarding standards. We built a proof of concept version of the course that we shared with international schools, Child Protection experts, law enforcement, accreditation agencies, and support staff working in schools. The overwhelming feedback we received was that schools worldwide needed this type of training. In 2020, we released ChildSafeguarding.com as the first universally accessible Child Protection training for all adults in schools. Our Child Protection Awareness Course and our bespoke eLearning platform are designed to be accessible and affordable to schools, school vendors, and other organizations that work with children. The course is web-based, designed for learners with any literacy level or educational background, available on-demand on any device, and is offered in multiple languages.

Penny Parks Training is the authorised training provider of Parks Inner Child Therapy (PICT). Parks Inner Child Therapy provides rapid and painless resolution of trauma & childhood abuse to the many victims worldwide. Although originally devised in the late 1970s this therapy model has continually evolved to remain at the cutting edge of the resolution of trauma, childhood abuse & emotional challenges. It is probably the most effective model available with the most significant feature being that it can bring about change gently as there is no need to disclose any details of traumatic events. The rapidity of its effectiveness has been enhanced by the introduction, in 1996, of the PICT Quick Change model, devised originally to cater for clients from overseas; where resolution may be completed in a series of 5 consecutive days of 4 hour sessions. (The QC 4 hour sessions can also be offered in weekly, 2 or 3 day formats). Penny Parks Training also provides a valuable resource to clients, practitioners and health professionals, as well as anyone interested in the topic of childhood abuse and its related subjects. Prior to becoming a coach Priscilla spent 7 years within the Metropolitan police. First, as a response officer and later as a Detective within the child abuse and sexual exploitation unit. Her career within the police gave her first-hand experience of working in a high-stress, high-risk environment with tight deadlines and a substantial workload. The tug of a demanding career competed tirelessly with raising a family. This internal conflict which manifested in stress and anxiety eventually led to her defining her own version of success and embarking on her Plan B(e), her current career as a Positive Psychology Coach. As a coach Priscilla’s mission is to empower others to live in a world where they are no longer held back by a fear of failure or low self belief. Instead, they are able to clarify their own version of success and live towards it courageously. I believe I am qualified to be your coach because I have the the scientific knowledge to help you reach your goals and the personal experience of feeling stuck and low in confidence. I was diagnosed with GAD (general anxiety disorder) and PTSD (Post traumatic stress disorder) so I have first hand knowledge of the effect these can take on your mindset, life and business. I obtained an MSc in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology graduating with a 1st Class distinction. I have been accredited as a Senior level coach with hundreds of hours in coaching practice.
