Our Cosmeti-Craft Workshops are a great way of learning a new skill and having some fun making your own cosmetics. Children from age 5 upwards can have fun learning about colours and smells while older children experience a more detailed tutorial on the uses and effects of cosmetic ingredients.

In this session, we’ll explore how conscious breathing can help reduce stress and bring calm into any moment of the day. Through three simple steps, you’ll learn how to reconnect with your breath, soothe your nervous system, and release accumulated tension in the body. This practice is ideal for those new to breathwork as well as those looking to deepen their ability to manage stress naturally and effectively. This class is spondsored by the Lottery Community Fund, Awards for All and run by David Palacios from Essence Scotland, breathwork instructor and more. Stitch n bitch are social sewing sessions aimed at people who love getting together over a glass of wine and with some music on to work on garments, discuss designs, encourage and celebrate sewing. Machines and food and drinks all provided.

In person kundalini yoga class in the west end of Edinburgh off Gorgie Road with sound journey and guided relaxations, meditation, breath work and mantra.
