Reiki Level 1 Degree - Shoden A full day of learning about Reiki and Reiki energy with Reiki Master Monica. This day will include: ✨ The History of Reiki ✨ An opening meditation to call in the Reiki energy  ✨ Self healing hand positions  ✨ Grounding & Protection techniques and lots more  ✨ Finishing with an attunement and a closing meditation.
