This IMI qualification is an introduction to electric/hybrid vehicle technology and is intended to provide learners with an awareness of electric/hybrid vehicle operation. This programme is particularly useful for people involved in the automotive retail industry as the growth in electric/hybrid vehicle market continue to increase. The content of this qualification has been designed to give learners the knowledge required to work safely around Electric/Hybrid vehicles.

Asbestos bulk analysts and laboratory analysts. Anyone who manages asbestos analysts or requires a deeper understanding of the asbestos analysis process (e.g. Laboratory Quality Manager) Prior Knowledge and Understanding Candidates for this course are expected to be aware of HSG 248 Asbestos: The Analysts' Guide (July 2021), and in particular Appendix 2: Determination of asbestos in bulk materials. Candidates will preferably have prior experience of analysing bulk samples and may already be participating in a quality control scheme. In addition, candidates are expected to have had training to cover the core competencies outlined within the foundation material detailed within Table A9.1 of HSG248 Asbestos: The Analysts' Guide (July 2021). This may be achieved by In -house learning or through the P400 foundation module.

If your streetworks card is about to or has already expired, you will need to take a NRSWA reassessment course. You are not able to work on a streetworks site with expired certificates. You can take reassessments at anytime before your certificates expire and the remaining time left before expiry is now added to your new card. For example, if you take your reassessment with 6 months still remaining, it will be added to your new card when you receive it, resulting in 5 years and 6 months on your card expiry. If you completed your NRSWA Operative or Supervisor course with us, we will advise you that you will need to complete the reassessment course within 3 months of the expiry date. Although this quiz is aimed at people taking the full 5-day course, the questions will still be helpful revision before taking your reassessments.
