The Emergency First Aid at Work Awareness Course is ideal for businesses, especially in low-risk environments. This course covers all the core competencies outlined by the HSE, making it an acceptable workplace first aid course. Completing this course allows you to be an appointed first aider in the low-risk workplace. It meets HSE workplace first aid requirements and aligns with the latest UK Resuscitation Council guidelines. If your assessment of first aid needs highlights the need for qualified first aiders, then this level 3 qualification (level 6 in Scotland) will provide you with suitable, highly trained personnel. Additional Information Completion of the Level 2 Award in Basic Life Support and Safe Use of an Automated External Defibrillator includes 1 credit at Level 2 of the Qualification Credit Framework (QCF). The Level 2 Award in Basic Life Support and Safe Use of an automated External Defibrillator is also recommended as an annual refresher for student who have successfully completed the QA Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (QCF).
