This Advanced Hairdressing Course is aimed at qualified stylists looking to develop more advanced skills whilst working towards an internationally recognised qualification. You’ll receive training on creative cutting, advanced colour techniques, colour correction, creative long hair styling and some creative barbering techniques.

3 Hours Description: This 3 hour course provides your first aiders with the opportunity to practice and update their practical skills, refresh theoretical knowledge and ensures that they are kept up to date with the latest first aid guidelines. Assessment and Certification Students are continuously assessed throughout the course. Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation and care of the unconscious requires physical effort. Learners should be capable of working with casualties at floor level. Certificates are issued on all first aid courses which includes the annual refresher course date. The HSE strongly recommend that all First Aiders undertake annual refresher training of at least 3 hours per year. The Institution of Occupational Health and Safety (IOSH) is a globally respected chartered body that champions the highest workplace standards of health and safety.  Safehouse are proud to offer training of the IOSH Managing Safely course. This training programme is designed for any individual who has organisational responsibilities for managing health and safety risks, resources and workplace practices. Once complete, it provides an excellent foundation for further study for those looking to pursue a career in health and safety and gain qualifications accredited by the National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) or NVQ Course Programme and Duration The IOSH Managing Safely course takes three full days to complete and covers, in detail, the core responsibilities of anyone tasked with managing workplace health and safety. Paediatric First Aid (12 Hour) Description: This two-day paediatric first aid course focuses on emergency scenarios that face those looking after young children and infants, including day nurseries, private nursery schools, pre-schools, before and after school clubs for children in the early years age group, childminders, parents and carers of children at home. Designed around the needs of all child carers, our paediatric first aid courses place emphasis on dealing with sick or injured children and babies. Our 12 hour course syllabus exceeds the Ofsted Early Years and Childcare Register requirements. Our professional trainers utilise both practical and theory sessions.
