This course is designed to provide delegates with awareness in the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) and how it may affect them, their colleagues, and their employer.

This course is designed to enable learners to increase their understanding of risk assessment and risk management in Health and Social Care settings.

🧑‍⚕️🧑‍🔬🚑🩺 DO YOU WANT TO LEARN VALUBLE SKILLS, WANT TO WORK EVENTS, FESTIVALS AND IN NIGHTCLUBS, OR HAVE A DESIRE TO WORK IN THE AMBULANCE SERVICE.🚑 This is the first step into the Medical world as a First Responder. The QA Level 3 Award in First Response Emergency Care also known as FREC3 is a PHEM D qualification which is the entry level into being able to provide medical cover at events. The cost is £425 plus VAT per person (£510pp) This is a 5 day course being held at our training centre in Laindon, Essex (SS15 6SS), all days must be attended and sessions will be 9am-5pm each day. Available course dates: July – 8th-12th August - 5th-9th The course will run with a minimum of 4 learners and a maximum of 6 learners. This Health & Safety in the Care Sector Course works alongside, and helps, learners understand Standard 13 of the Care Certificate. This Standard touches on the legislation, policies & responsibilities relating to Health & Safety in the care sector, as well as looking at accidents and sudden illnesses.

This course is ideal to give all members of staff basic fire training to increase awareness and cooperation in the event of a fire in the workplace.

To be able to provide First Aid in the workplace, as identified by the workplace risk assessment, and to a standard recognised by the HSE. This course is designed for people who want to receive our most thorough first aid training.

This course enables learners to logically and clearly work through the risk management process, from being aware of the relevant legislation, identifying hazards, assessing risk and onwards through risk reduction, balancing risk against individual choice, and the importance of recording keeping. It aims to increase learner awareness of both their responsibility and their organisation's responsibility, for meeting industry standards and keeping service users, staff, and workplaces safe.
