In this one day class Nick takes you through the basics of simple, essential and transferable culinary skills to get you started.

We run four week beginner courses for new students. In this time you will learn the ABCs of Wing Chun and be well prepared to join the foundation level class on completion of the course. It costs £40 for the course and you can train twice a week, giving you access up to 12 classes in that time. Please contact us to book your place on the next available start date. 

Learn how to create your own one of a kind beach themed picture frame! In the class you will learn the basics of how to work with resin, how to add glass, how to add your sea glass stones, and how to let it dry. This is a fun project for adults. A great beginner friendly class for anyone who is interested in learning how to work with resin. This glass resin picture frame would make a great gift or a fun decoration for your room. The Three Legged stool making day takes each student through the process of making a small hardwood stool from start to finish. Stool making includes both spindle and faceplate turning techniques and gives each student a good understanding of the different tools and methods used for each. ( 2 students maximum )

Lee Furniture offer a beginners course in cabinetmaking. The tuition is one on one. This course is for the beginner interested in making furniture. The course is hands on and will be based around using tools and machinery to plane wood, use of hand tools to include the correct use of: Marking out tools Planes Chisels Scrapers Power tools During the day we will talk about wood selection, Planing, joints etc.. You will also have a chance to use a Tablesaw, bandsaw, router table etc.. You will also have the chance to cut some dovetail joints by hand!! Throughout there is plenty of time for questions. PLEASE NOTE: You don't make a box on this course, if you wish to leave with a finished product at the end of the day, please book our box making course in or other courses available..
