3 Hours Description: This 3 hour course provides your first aiders with the opportunity to practice and update their practical skills, refresh theoretical knowledge and ensures that they are kept up to date with the latest first aid guidelines. Assessment and Certification Students are continuously assessed throughout the course. Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation and care of the unconscious requires physical effort. Learners should be capable of working with casualties at floor level. Certificates are issued on all first aid courses which includes the annual refresher course date. The HSE strongly recommend that all First Aiders undertake annual refresher training of at least 3 hours per year. This Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) Level 3 Award qualification is designed for individuals who wish to act as an emergency first aider in their workplace. This Level 3 Award (EFAW) course is fully accredited and is statutory qualification specifically designed for individuals who wish to act as an emergency first aider in their workplace.

This Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) Level 3 Award qualification meets the requirement of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981, where a person is required to become a qualified ‘First Aider’ (EFAW) in their workplace.

This 3 Day First Aid at Work course is run over three days and includes both theory and practical sessions. The course is accredited to a Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) and valid for 3 Years.
