About Me – CranioSacral Therapy, Energy Healing, Cacao Ceremonies & Vagus Nerve Regulation in London, UK I’m Steph Edwards — a holistic healer, bodyworker, and trauma-informed space holder based in the UK, devoted to guiding you into deeper healing, emotional balance, and spiritual connection. My journey began in 2012 in Singapore, Asia, where I trained in 2013 as a Reiki healer and became a Western Usui Reiki Master Teacher and Jikiden Reiki Practitioner. Reiki became the foundation that awakened my path — restoring joy, deepening my spiritual connection, and sparking a lifelong calling to help others heal. Over the years, my work has expanded to embrace a multipule of modailities, the main being CranioSacral Therapy, trauma-informed soft bodywork, and vagus nerve regulation techniques to help ease anxiety, release stress, and restore nervous system balance. I work intimately with Mother Nature’s heart-opening plant medicine — Ceremonial Cacao — facilitating powerful cacao ceremonies in London that blend meditation, breathwork, Sound and self-enquiry. This work has led me to remember the body’s deep connection to Mother Earth’s energy, and how we are sustained through the five elements — air, water, fire, wood, and etheric energy. These elements not only nourish our physical body but also weave us back into our natural state of wholeness and unity with all life. My calling is also to work closely with the vagus nerve, guiding others in gentle yet powerful techniques to regulate the nervous system, release trauma, and awaken the truth of who they really are. Hello, I am Kathleen (Kate) Picken and live near Kirkcudbright, a beautiful town on the South West Coast of Scotland. I studied music at Aberdeen College of Education and started my teaching career in secondary. After a break when my family were young, I took up a post of teaching music in primary schools, in the area in and around Kirkcudbright, a job I have been doing now for over 35 years. I also lead and sing in an adult vocal group ‘Taste of Country’ and I am the Music Director of ‘The Farmers Choir’ I enjoy creating and developing music resources which show clear progression across the levels in Curriculum for Excellence (the national curriculum for Scottish schools for learners from the ages 3–18) to help support teachers in the delivery of music to their students. I have delivered several music workshops at the SAME Conferences over the years along with presenting online. My work currently involves teaching music in primary (age 5 – 11), running ‘after school’ music workshops on group piano/keyboard, bucket drumming, leading a junior choir and creating and developing primary music resources.

The first lesson with Jack was awesome! Made me feel incredibly welcome, and at ease. He explained the fundamentals of the lesson, how lessons are structured going forward and taught in a clear, easy-to-understand manner. Worked at the pace I felt comfortable with, offered advice on how to improve, and made me feel confident in what I was doing. So pleased I found him as my new teacher! Excited for the next lesson and more! BEN Had a lesson with Jack! This was my first time playing the drums and was a Christmas present. I have always wanted to try and see if I could play. Well, Jack was very patient and very good at breaking down the basics, he showed different ways of learning so depending on how you as an individual learn, Jack has a teaching method to help you. By the end of the lesson, I was playing along to the music which surprised me. I really felt a sense of accomplishment at the end of the lesson and that is all down to Jack and the way he teaches! DEAN I started my drumming lessons with Jack and I have nothing but praise for his work. He's very patient, encouraging, and paces the class perfectly. His classes are motivating, interesting and a lot of fun. I'd highly recommend.

Noise Academy was created in 2015 by Joe Townsley who is a midlands based DJ and Music producer. Joe studied Music production at Access Creative College in Lincoln and felt inspired by the innovation of the sessions and how engaged he became through the use of music technology. After completing the course, Joe went into organising Dance music events in the club scene whilst playing at many other live DJ events and festivals. Joe came across the opportunity to do some work experience with ‘Jeff Rich’ who was the main drummer for the famous ‘Status Quo’. He helped Jeff set up several Drumming workshops in primary schools across the UK and this opened Joe’s eyes to a whole new world. He felt so inspired by the workshops and a light bulb moment occurred. Dj skills in schools? This could work really well… Joe found out about the Prince’s Trust enterprise scheme and approached them with his idea. He was offered a place on the course, and with their support and guidance, Noise Academy was born. Building up from just one school, Noise Academy now work with over 50 schools every week along with facilitating holiday clubs across Christmas, Easter and Summer. Noise Academy have since been supported by Youth Music to help develop their own educational hub alongside receiving numerous awards including; CO-OP Community Champions and The AIM Local Hero Awards (BBC Music introducing) #makesomenoise “I am so lucky to have found my niche, and to be able to do something that I love every day. As a coach, Seth is dedicated to helping people calm, empower and rejuvenate their busy minds and bodies to achieve the best versions of themselves. Seth brings a wealth of experience holding heart-centered spaces. His in-depth studies, trainings, personal experiences of many therapeutic modalities such as Humanistic & Body Psychotherapy, the Human Potential Movement, 5 Rhythms, Active meditations and the teaching of the Indian Mystic Osho who he grew up with in India in the 1970s, infuse his approach to living a creative, holistic & embodied life and sharing his unique offerings with others. Seth has been facilitating regular workshops for many years. As a musician, Seth is very passionate about rhythm & drumming, has an MA in Community Music from Goldsmith College, worked as a world music percussion teacher in East London schools for almost 20 years, created URUBU collective back in 2009 as a Live Music Ecstatic Dance experience with Afro-Brazilian drummers & musicians and started his journey as an avid DJ with a love for Afro-Beat, Cuban and Brazilian music and created an Ecstatic Dance scene in London and the UK. Inclusive Online Activities run online interactive sessions covering lots of different activities. Our focus is to have fun and a good time! If you haven't booked with us before, send us an email to get a free session. Who would enjoy it? Our activities are enjoyed by adults with learning disabilities, and sometimes older teenagers. If you are unsure if you or someone you care for would find our sessions suitable, please give us a ring to discuss! The number is found on the website (www.inclusiveonlineactivities.com [//www.inclusiveonlineactivities.com]) Activities on offer - The sessions cover a variety of interests including dance, music, signing songs, and drumming. All are designed to be as inclusive as possible with experienced leaders (a minimum of two on any session).  If you would like any information on any activity please email us or check out the website. How it works  After booking an activity, you will be sent a confirmation email that includes a Zoom link. An email reminder will also be sent with the Zoom link shortly before the session begins. What you need  As all our sessions are run using Zoom video conferencing software, you will need a device (preferably a laptop or computer) that will enable you to see what's going on and join in!

Founded by Artistic Director Caroline Clegg Feelgood have been creating award winning theatre since 1994 fusing the unusual with the imaginative - classical texts and ground breaking new commissions at traditional and site specific venue. A cappella singing and drumming, Shakespeare and African dance, abseiling, pyrotechnics and fire sculpting with music and drama - in parks, cliff tops, garden centres, African townships, museums and traditional theatres, national tours and West End transfers. We have distinguished ourselves with an array of acclaimed shows following our spectacular launch with the musical Our Girls in 1994, where the audience lined the runway at Barton Aerodrome and looked on in awe as a World War II bomber landed to disembark the cast. We have followed that with 24 years of incredible productions: Blue Remembered Hills, Pictures at An Exhibition, (Mussorgsky), La Boheme (Puccini), Wind in the Willows, Robin Hood, The Wizard of Oz, Rosa, The Three Musketeers, Dracula - The Blood Count, Arthur - King of the Britons, Macbeth and A Midsummer Night’s Dream, national tours and West End transfers of Not About Heroes, and we were honoured to be presented to HM The Queen and HRH Duke of Edinburgh at the opening of The Lowry theatre where we opened our production of Crystal Clear followed by The Wizard Of Oz, which sold out for their first Christmas show. Integral to each production is our commitment to making innovative education and community programmes. In 2007, Artistic Director Caroline Clegg and the company were awarded the prestigious Horniman Award at the Manchester Evening News Awards for their outstanding contribution to live theatre. They also hold the Angel Award for Artistic Excellence and Caroline was awarded the John Thaw Fellowship at the University of Manchester in honour of her companies work. In 2002 we developed Romeo & Juliet - Thando & Ruvhengo a riveting multi-cultural production made in Bulawayo Zimbabwe and performed in Bulawayo, Harare and Manchester as part of the Culture Shock Commonwealth Games programme. The journey was made into an award-winning documentary. In 2009 we collaborated in Manchester with the thrilling company exiled from Zimbabwe Theatre Under Fire to create our incredibly moving Macbeth in Heaton Park. In 2010 the world premiere of Slave - A Question of Freedom (the story of Mende Nazer) followed a trajectory of thrilling work from Africa that aims to celebrate the joy of diversity and raise awareness of modern slavery. It won the Pete Postlethwaite Best New Play Award and the Inaugural Human Trafficking Foundation Media Award which was presented at No 10 Downing Street. It was also performed in the House of Lords to aid the Nuba Mountains Solidarity campaign to highlight not only slavery in Sudan but the continued persecution of the Nuba people. In 2014 on the 100th anniversary of the outbreak of the Frist World War we followed in the footsteps of Wilfred Owen and Siegfried Sassoon went on an 18 venue national and European tour of Not About Heroes. We began at Craiglockhart War Hospital and toured across the UK to places pertinent to them both including La Maison Forestiers – (the Foresters House) in Ors France where Wilfred Owen spent his last few days before a 5 week residency beginning on the 11th of November at the Trafalgar Studios in the West End. The same year Feelgood were honoured with a second Lord Mayor's Civic Reception for our dedication to the arts. Alongside this tour we also created an international poetry competition to raise awareness of PTSD. Workshops took place at Catterick Garrison and in schools and community venues at our 18 venues culminating in a special winners award ceremony in 2015. Heaton Park is a special place for Feelgood. We used to tour our summer open-air shows across the country and went to Heaton in 1998 where we performed for 11 yrs. After a gap of 9 years we returned in May 2016 with Whispers of Heaton. We presented two new immersive site-specific commission plays, The Bugler and The Fight to commemorate the Battle of the Somme and the Manchester Pals regiments in Heaton Hall and Park. This announced our return to Heaton, the place we love to call our spiritual home and where we are now the Official Theatre Partner with Manchester City Council. In the summer of 2017 we brought back our open-air promenade productions with A Midsummer Night’s Dream. The park is a unique place with hundreds of stories to tell and we aim to reveal them as we re-ignite a passion for culture in the park. Our long term vision which we announced at a special dinner hosted by our sponsor PZ Cussons on November 14th 2017 is to build a theatre in the park. We are in year two of our vision development which is called ‘Field of Dreams’. We are undertaking a feasibility study in consultation with Manchester City Council in line with their new Manchester Park Strategy. We hope a Feelgood Theatre in the Park will be a cultural space for world class theatre, music, dance and open air activities. Heaton Park is cherished by so many and our aim is that we build a lasting legacy to ensure that theatre can be accessed by everyone.
