TFS leads the way on customer satisfaction, reliability and creativity and has demonstrated a significant return on investment to our clients since incorporation in 1997. Supporting organisations to minimise corporate threats engages with three key aspects: Education, Legal certainty and added value. Education: TFS operates up to and including level 8, the highest level of the educational spectrum. The domestic regulated UK security sector, for example, is positioned at level 2. Legal certainty: TFS has its own dedicated team of LLB (Hons) practitioners and therefore provides complete peace of mind to customers. Not all providers can claim this guarantee. For example, The Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007 provides the framework for legal compliance in terms of personal safety training. The findings in R v Cotswold Geotechnical Holdings (CGH). 2011 EWCA Crim 1337 amplify the requirement to integrate reliable industry practice. Equally Investigative procedures should be ethical, fair and reliable. TFS maintains the gold standard of The Home Office Police & Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (PACE) codes of practice and the TFS interview model has been adopted by Hertfordshire Constabulary. Not all providers can demonstrate this approach and compliance to domestic law. Added value: TFS provides training and consultancy to a broad range of corporate and governmental clients both within the UK and overseas. Examples of ROI’s have engaged with an 80% reduction in assaults on staff (leading UK supermarket) and interventions that have driven improvements in shrinkage figures that contributed to a year-on-year saving of £2M (FTSE 100 client). TFS continues to meet the rigorous RSQS accreditation: The RSQS accreditation mark is valued by some of the largest purchasers in retail industry and indicates that you have gone through the process and have demonstrated your commitment and credentials to the industry.

Emma Decent is based in the north west of England and has been writing and performing for over 15 years. Emma’s latest project is I Don’t Know What I’m Supposed To Be Doing, a new autobiographical show about herself and her mother. Her first solo show was Beyond Dreams of Aberystwyth was developed in 2013 with support from the Arts Council of England. The Show toured since 2013 and the story also unfolds as an Online Book which you can read in full as 20 Chapters on this website. Emma’s Poetry & Spoken Word includes raw, funny and vibrant performance poetry and prose. She has appeared at open mics all over the country and been guest poet at events in Manchester, Preston, Wakefield and beyond. She was chuffed to have her first ever slam win at the famous Uptown Poetry Slam at the Green Mill, Chicago in 2010. In Spring 2014 Emma qualified in Preparing to Teach in the Life-Long Learning Sector. She delivers workshops in performance and creative life-writing to accompany her shows where she encourages others to tell their stories. Emma teaches other classes to adults in creativity and writing, see Teaching and Events for more details. See Events for details of all Emma’s up-and-coming shows and activities. Emma also writes freelance journalism from time to time, and writes a Blog here, where she (occasionally) documents her on-going creative journey. Previous work includes Magic Words, a popular spoken word night Emma ran and hosted in Todmorden in 2012. In the 1990’s Emma was a lively participant on Manchester’s queer theatre and cabaret scene, and was co-writer and producer of Manchester’s fondly remembered queer pantos Snow White and the 7 Dubious Stereotypes and Little Red 30-Something and Her Queer Adventures in Wonderland at the Green Room in 2002 & 2004. Hey, I am Nisi, and for those that are wondering ‘Yirdlins’ is Scots for ‘Earthwards’ or to ‘the Earth.’ I teach Hatha Yoga – the union of the Sun (Ha) and the Moon (tha). The aim of Hatha Yoga is to still the mind through postures, pranayama and meditation. But I also find stillness of mind when working with the natural flow of the seasons and being out in nature, hence the name Yirldins. I was first introduced to yoga in 1994. But it wasn’t until 2014, when I started working with a yoga teacher one to one, that my practice developed into something deeper. I began to feel the benefits of doing yoga on and off the mat, developing an innate awareness of emotions in my body. This has allowed me to manage them more effectively to create a sense of calm, both in body and mind. In 2018, I committed to becoming a yoga teacher and signed up for Yoga Scotland‘s Foundation Course (a pre requisite to their teacher training) and in 2019, their 500-hour teacher training course, becoming fully qualified in 2021. I am a qualified Forest School & Outdoor Leader which allows me to take yoga out into mither nature to complement and enrich your yoga experience. I also have an extensive ten-year practice in Further and Higher education leading, developing and delivering courses to both young people and adults. A mental health activist, I have been advocating to change the negative narratives and stigma around mental health for the last decade by combining different disciplines in botanical illustration, photography and woodcraft to highlight the relationship that exists between creativity, nature and mental health. Yoga is another way for me to continue to do so. I hope I can share the beautiful tradition of Hatha Yoga with you, whether that be in a studio setting or out in mither nature. Namaste

My enthusiasm for coaching evolved through my 35 years of sales and management, mostly within pharmaceutical sales with Pfizer Oncology and an early career in recruitment. From sales performance coaching in 2018 I progressed to personal development coaching and at the start of the COVID 19 pandemic I started coaching via the NHS leadership academy and private sector. It was at this time that I also trained to be a cancer coach with Cancer Support UK. Whether facilitating team and leadership development days or 1:1 coaching I bring energy, fun and creativity to virtual and face to face interactions. As an ILM5 coach and facilitator my approach is empathetic, encouraging, inspiring and strengths and solution focused, drawing on a variety of coaching models and leadership practices including Appreciative Inquiry and Brene Brown’s Dare to Lead. I am an accredited Conversations Worth Having practitioner, an ILM wellbeing coach, a cognitive behavioural therapy practitioner, a mental health first aider and Mental Health Swims host. I also provide cancer coaching and support for Cancer Support UK, Youth Cancer Trust and ALK Positive and EGFR positive UK. Inspired by my love of the outdoors, and a Nature as Co-Facilitator programme, I like to weave the natural world into our conversations where possible. Simply put, I love bringing people together to define the challenge, establish the best of what has been before and explore what is possible in the future. “Everything we need is within” is my coaching philosophy.
