I am an Artist, Crafter and Photographer living in Worcester. I love all aspects of creativity enjoying experimenting with old and new styles and techniques. Several years ago I joined a photography group while living in Belfast, as I wanted to take photos to inspire my art work. It wasn't long before I fell in love with photography and started to see the world with fresh eyes. I have since developed a passion for nature and portrature and continue to develope on my skills as a photographer. Four years ago I was pointed in the direction of fluid art, which I been experimenting with and teaching for the last two years. The wonderful thing about fluid art is that it is accessible to everyone and as an abstract form can not be reproduced and unique to each person. I love randomness and beautiful shapes formed. While working with an art form that does not require precision I have been taking time to develop my graphite and pencil work skills and love drawing portraits, be in of an animal or human. I try to bring out the soul and character through the eyes while keeping a good likeness. Commissions are always welcome, so please get in touch if you would like one. In 2021 we grew and harvested 1 acre of flax, in 2022 we will grow 2 acres of flax. Our aim is to establish a commercial flax growing social enterprise that is environmentally responsible. Eventually we aim to develop an integrated ‘grow, process, spin, weave and sell’ social enterprise involving local small farmers and creative enterprises in Plymouth and Cornwall linking the city to the surrounding countryside and vice versa and providing sustainable and long term employment and training opportunities in the these areas. The ultimate aim is to reintroduce commercial flax and high quality linen production to South West UK, find innovative solutions to the problem of pollution and environmental damage and provide jobs for the local economy, linking rural areas with towns in Cornwall and the city of Plymouth.

HELLO AND WELCOME TO  INTERIOR BOOST, We run paint pouring and resin art workshops for adults of all abilities. You do not need to be experienced to come to our classes as we will guide you every step of the way.  Most workshops are designed for beginners and where more experience is required, the workshops are indicated by levels: * Level 1: beginner * Level 2: intermediate * Level 3: advance Our main aim is to encourage creativity, promote confidence and definitely have fun in a relaxed environment in which to learn new skills.  We run short 2.5 hours course in Bracknell, Berkshire.  Your tutor, Anne is an experienced, fun and enthusiastic. This is our 6th year running our workshops and we love it! Each year we try to offer different workshop themes. This year is no exception!   All equipment and materials required for our classes are provided on the day. We try to keep our group small, to give you as much space as possible, this also allows us to be able to help you should you need it.

Am a relative beginner but I got to use and experiment with all types of clay such as porcelain, paper porcelain etc which you don't normally get access to on other pottery courses. Caroline is incredibly encouraging and an excellent teacher. It was a perfect week for me because as well as it being a fantastic course, it was set against a backdrop of beautiful Cornwall with access to fabulous walks and there was the added bonus of staying in a beautiful house where you really couldn't have felt more welcome. Central Football Academy are based in Grangemouth, Central Scotland. Founded in 2014 as a girls only football club, we opened our boys section in 2015. We have over 175 registered players at the club within both Girls and Boys junior sections as well as our Senior Womens Team. Most teams train twice a week with a fixture usually once a week. Central Football Academy are a SFA Quality Mark Gold Level club. Since inception we have enjoyed great success, winning many titles and have had a multitude of players represent Scotland at various levels, on countless occasions. Inchyra Park in Grangemouth is our home ground. This is where the majority of our team matches and training takes place. Our Senior linked Womens Team play their home matches at Broadwood Stadium (Home of Clyde F.C.) in Cumbernauld. They play in the Scottish Womens Football Championship (3rd tier of womens football). We play our home matches in Cyan and our Senior team play their away matches in white. Our Match-day programme is called ‘View from the Centre’. Since our formation we have been given many affectionate nicknames, but we are most commonly known as “Central” or “The Cyan”. At Central, we have a clear ethos based on equality for all and encourage youth to develop within their own style and most importantly – enjoy playing football, playing with their creativity and as part of a team. We always endeavour to instill belief and confidence in our youth and from the start our motto has been “Imagine…Believe… Achieve…”. Commitment is an essential discipline at Central Football Academy. We at coaching level will give the player, team & academy our full commitment and we expect the same from our players and parents. We are not part of your journey, Central is the journey.
