At the Mindful Photo Lab we use photography to improve well-being in a playful way. We create bespoke workshops to bring people together.Mindful Photo Lab was created by French-Ethiopian photographer Pierre Bureau to offer you the opportunity to celebrate your creativity and improve your wellness. Before falling in love with photography, Pierre worked in an ancient manor in Cornwall as a hotel manager. During the winter he would travel to India, learning meditation, drinking chai in clay pots, and listening to Bollywood classics. During one of his trips, he suffered from severe mental health problems. A a consequence, he bought a camera to entice himself out of his room where he felt trapped. Taking photographs became a way to escape from his condition and has lead him on a path of mindfulness, allowing him to reconnect with reality and stay in the present moment.
