yoga with sybille
Since I started practicing yoga over 17 years ago I have been learning from many
teachers and many traditions (Astanga, Vinyasa flow, Sivananda, Hatha, Anusara,
Iyengar, Yin, SATYA…) and will continue learning and studying forever! I believe
that even though the styles differ, they all derive from traditional Hatha yoga
and all try to help bring balance to body, mind and spirit . I teach slow yoga
classes reflecting my love for the fluidity, grace and creativity of flowing
sequences, precise technique and alignment, as well as attention to the breath,
deep relaxation and meditation.
