I grew up in a family who endured and suffered poor mental health, narcissistic abuse, and addiction issues. As a child and young adult, I battled with chronic depression, fear, and anxiety. In my 20’s I went into long term personal psychotherapy and group therapy. This was the catalyst for me in becoming a therapist. Though personal development, increased self-awareness, and behavioural change I was able to turn my life around and began to live a healthier and more fulfilling life. This personal work gave me the desire and passion to help others face their fears and abuse issues while healing and developing self-awareness.
